For me, age specific perfume is an absurd concept. Perhaps not when you are talking about a scent being unsuitable for a very young person (child,) but after that it doesn't make a lot of sense. Especially given the completely subjectivity of fragrance preferences.

Agreed! 100% I hate how often reviewers or regular perfume lovers refer to something as "old lady," and definitely never a male version of that comment. I almost did that once but stopped myself because I like to give my best type of feeling, take or description of perfumes. Old ladies don't smell a certain way. Even in nursing homes. But there are certainly notes in perfumes that I find absolutely disgreeble! 😂😂 I hate salts and do not like patchouli.
