People have " tells". I didn't assume that all "photos" would be clear but was thinking outside the box. Perhaps not all of the perps would be identified through that kind of initiative but do think is is worth trying. Furthermore it would send a message that the hunt for the other perps is not over just because this trial is over.

In Europe a 20 year sentence is actually quite a lot. Our life sentences in Europe can be as short as 12 years minus good behaviour for first time offenders.
In the UK, he'd get a life sentence. The starting tariff, with some extenuating circumstances, would be 25 years minimum, for multiple rapes, but in this case, I'd imagine he'd get at least 40 years. That's a MINIMUM before he can get parole, and because he's 72 years of age, he'd definitely leave prison in a box.
