I love all your vibes and aesthetics! You didn't even do a workout clothes videos, and I'm already feeling the need to reorganize my workout-clothes lol I even walked 35m in my walking pad. You are inspirational
Hi there! Excited to watch your journey, I just subscribed. The coating on your tongue looks like it might be candida overgrowth, hard to tell over the internet you should ask your primary. It’s common in people with obesity it thrives off sugar and simple carbs. Your doctor should be able to provide a candida protocol if that’s what it is. Best of luck! 🎉
Thank you for subscribing and the tip! I'm seeing my Doctor this week so I will ask her about it as my whole mouth has been feeling a bit weird in general (as in tongue and teeth)
@@elliliveswhere lol as long as it didn’t wake you up, that would be ironic 😂 I was up around that this morning, I’ve got to get to gym again but this fibro is kicking my ass atm but I know it’s worse if I don’t do anything, yet have to be able to get through the first bit then mobility is better for a bit, it’s 7.43pm here xx
Haha no not at all I’ve been awake for ages just waiting on when it’s time to go to the gym 😅 Aww yeah the fibroids can be so painful. I find that I can’t go to the gym during a flare up (I assume you’re talking about fibroids when you say fibro) Hopefully you feel better soon and going to the gym will also help you sleep tonight x
I love that! I hope you're going well with you journey too. Have you been experiencing the same with the nausea and not feeling the best or have you managed to dodge those symptoms?
Thank goodness I'm not the only one! I love how we have both had a good loss so far and both lowkey worried its not going to work anymore. Hopefully in a few weeks we'll have a bit more trust!
I love these videos! I just started semiglutide and was really worried but I really love the way you show ur journey week by week because it helps me ready my self for the next week. I look forward to the rest of your journey so I can follow along!!
I watched this video and saw your response to my comment on your last video. Yeah my second week (last week) on Semiglutide was very weird. I also felt like I no longer had the appetite suppression going on and my food noise was HIGH. I ate well, went to the gym 3 days, and still lost 2.5 pounds. The weight was nearly all fat (weighed on scale that gives those stats) which is good, but I had to be pretty stern with myself a few times that week. 🙂 So the clinic where I go to get my injections took me up from the lowest dose to between that dose and the next dose - one of the benefits of going somewhere to get them instead of doing them myself. I got the injection on Friday, then by Saturday morning I had significant nausea and my appetite was dunzo. Literally nothing sounded good to me all day so I forced myself to eat a few high protein items like eggs...chicken...oatmeal with protein powder, etc. Today has been a good bit better but yesterday I legit felt like I had a slight flu. Titrating up is no joke! Even just the little bit I did. But I'm having good results and I know it's like this mainly when you go up on dose for a couple of days. I'm glad you're having good results too!!! I've lost 5.5 pounds in 2.5 weeks. Happy with that. 🙂
Thank you for providing an update on where you are at. I have to say I have a bit of resistance to dosing up as I'm worried about being super sick again. Ive only just started to feel like I may be coming good and want to ride that joyus wave for a bit longer! That is so good about your results! You must be absolutely stocked with that congratulations 💜
@@elliliveswhere- yeah I would wait if you’re feeling good and like it’s working well for you at that dose. I just went up a little because I felt like .25 of Semiglutide just wasn’t working after 2 weeks. I’m so glad I didn’t go up to 0.5 and went up to something in between those instead. I’m gonna hang out at this dose for a while and see how it goes.
I started tirzepatide 2.5 last saturday. I've felt exactly like you said! Did i inject properly, is it going to work, is something going to come between me getting the medication? Idk where that comes from but i'm praying it goes away
@@stacyinscoe3365 hey sweet! Omg it’s so weird isn’t it like woah what’s all this head noise. I can confirm for me those feelings and thoughts eased. Sometimes I get a little stressed when reading stuff on social media about stock issues but I haven’t had any issues with it at my chemist. Congrats on starting your journey I have no doubt you’ll love it x
@@balzoemg8415 hey! Yes I’ve had the food suppression and no noise from the very next day after my first injection and it’s been consistent the whole way through. Sorry to hear you’re not experiencing the food suppression and no food noise. Have they upped you for the next lot?
I think we will have to re-assess this process as we go and see how we feel on each dose and whether the loss continues. I'm 1 month in and the last 3 days I've been starving. I've been told it's time to increase to 5mg. The food noise came back and I went out of control. I hate that!!!
Yes I agree! We always need to be reassessing where we are at and honestly for me each day is a new surprise. I'd love to know how you feel when you take the 5mg. My next month has been prescribed at 5mg but she said that i can stick at 2.5mg if I want to (just draw less out). Im super glad for this as I was worried Id get to the end of the month or just starting the new month and start having the increased hunger etc.
I think I’m in the minority here, but this sounds like a miserable experience. I hope you start feeling a bit better on this journey, as I can’t imagine feeling so nauseous, lethargic, and irritable for the foreseeable future. You seem to be handling it quite well though. 😊
Hey love thank you for your comment! Its funny I was saying to a friend if you asked me how I was doing I would say great but its when I edit my videos I realise how rough it has been. In saying this for me not having the food noise and the decreased hunger has been a real game changer and I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel with feeling so rubbish **touch wood**

Thanks so much for your kind words! I hope you’re able to lose the last of the 35lbs too.
Good luck with your surgery xx

Woah that’s incredible! Congratulations 🙌🏼

Shouldn't inject that close to your belly button at least 2 inches away.
Hey Todd! Thank you for pointing this as I didn't realise I was injecting that close and also didn't know that was an issue!
