Not gonna lie, Dr Strange made me anxious to see how the did Doom, but man did they nail this guy to a t. Easily my favorite character to play right now. If only Strange was a bit better I'd be rocking Doom Strange Loki Mags or Doom Strange Mags Colossus all damn day.
I'm so sad they did Strange and Wanda dirty. Loki is okay but still probably lower tier. I was really looking forward to the magic characters too
Compared to MUA 1 they nerfed Strange horribly.
His ability to spawn a doom bot is really cool and makes me wonder what they could do with Multiple Man.
His beam synergy just melts.
Try the other attack as a synergy. Its even better!
@@TonyBingGaming Maybe I didn't try it out enough compared to the beam but it always seemed harder for me to aim or something. I though it was more of a trash clearer, but does it out damage the beam synergy on bosses too?

@@siritalis4956 the beam synergy is better for stagger. The shock is better for damage.

Anyone else think Doom should get a team bonus for fantastic four and especially a heavy metal bonus I mean really I think team ninja drop the ball on that one?!

He's also low level (55 around my others when I beat it) relatively to thanos and all 1 stats when you max out everyone else's moves. Big brain with Reed is fine. But yeah he kinds sucks unless you do crazy stuff like this vid level 102 and maxed attacks. Doom is villain decay trope like magus in chrono trigger, being way stronger as a boss (though haste is permanent and owns him) than a playable character. Thanos at level 80 was a cool standard though Phoenix is crazy hard to unlock with that gauntlet as I kept losing to gambit.

Not sure if any one else has come across this but my kiddo and I were playing doom and mr fantastic. He would spam dooms beam and I’d do the spin to win with me f. in dooms Beam and it seemed to do some pretty crazy damage!

Think if Chroma and I ever got around to updating the tier list with dlc characters Doom would be the 2nd best non-buffer/debuffer to Thanos2. So at best the 5th best character, and at worst the 7th best, depending on how high defensive buffs from Iceman and Invisible Woman are valued.
Me personally, I prefer offense being valued higher so I'd say he's the 5th best. The only caveat to that that I have is that given the 4 objectively better characters ahead of him, one of them needs to be left out for Doom cuz he has a beam skill for synergy and none of the other 4 do. So maybe there's an argument to be made that Doom is #4, ahead of Cap 🤷♂️
That's what I got from eye testing them all, that the best group in the game is Thanos2, DD, Phoenix, and Doom. The best part is it's easy to make AI do what you want with DD and Phoenix, and Thanos2 AI is awesome too, so then you can play Doom which is great fun.
Ms Marvel, Wasp and Phoenix are better for pure damage and the fourth slot is open. Cap, DD, IW and iceman really Can add whatever you want.
@@mariamadrigal7425 sound like you should do some testing. Beam synergies do more dmg than rapid-fire most often because of stats which correspond to their dmg types. Most beam skills are energy based and most rapid-fire skills are projectile which is strength based. Most energy characters have higher energy stats than rapid-fire have strength.
Also, Daredevil for instance provides much more to any group than Ms Marvel does. She doesn't have group buffing damage of any kind, and DD had a channelable area assault which also synergizes with beam and rapid-fire skills (like Ms Marvel's does). Difference is he has more energy to continue channeling longer. He also has more strength so he does more dmg himself than she does.
Also, Mr Fantastic has better stats, so even if you wanted to have movement while using beam or rf synergies with spinning he's a better option than her.

Ok bro i try some stuff : ATM i have : 1 Double Iri (orange x2) with : Crit chance on attack with an attribut /crit chance on synergy attack
2 : Triple iri iso with (purple / Red x2 ) : 3,4% life every 10 seconds / Dammage heal for 3% / Crit chance 8%
3 Double iri ( Orange x 2 ): Energy attack boost / Crit chance on energy attack
4 : Douvle iri ( Purple/Blue ) : Dammage on EX/AX combo / All damage boost
5 : Double Iri ( Orange/Blue ) :Dammage boost on synergy dammage / Filling boost for the EX jauge when i use a technique
It's jus fucking crazy i melt boos with the doombot synergy
BTW i have an other build with just : Heal on energy dammage for more tankyness

Durability should be at A,cause the armor is indestructible in the mcu,plus the teleport trait is missing

They suck but use Thing or Colossus to just walk through them.

I put him on Team Death Ray: Iron Man, Captain Marvel, and Cyclops
I know that his abilities have the energy tag but what about his light and heavy? Considering that he seems to shoot magic I assumed they are ethereal. I happened to give him a rainbow iso that increases energy and ethereal attacks.
Energy I think but you'll very seldom use them.
