If I were to use TDS as my ISP, their SMTP server would be smtp.tds.net or something close. Check out your ISP's support website for the address. Gmail, Hotmail, etc. only allow SMTPS (secure) connections.

@@olaadeus5259 Because the SMTP server will not forward emails (it doesn't want to be a SPAM server). They are denying you or the network you are on.
can you open a closed port? like port 25?
