My anxiety seems to be gone( this is very imp and serious for me) 2. I seem to handle setbacks better now 3. Discipline has entered my life 4. Have entered the spiritual journey and it has calmed my mind a lot, my short temper is under control 5. Have started eating healthy (but that i tried by my own) P.s. I still eat and love non veg. I don't eat it daily even before chanting. And I believe few times a week is good for the body because of its being a complete protein source. I never intended to leave non veg i still don't and I think vishnu ji has no problem with that, as after so many months also he didn't force me to leave it and am greatful for his blessings 🙏🏼
You will one day murder someone and will still say Vishnu ji wanted it. Stop blaming the God for your nonveg cravings. Stop eating animals for your protein. The biggest proof that God has started blessing on you is when you get rid of nonveg from your life. You can't worship God and keep butchering animal for your taste buds at the same time.

No initiation required. I've been doing it in and off since I was a kid. These days for me it's less about mastering the chant and more about casually following the meaning so I can meditate or at least dwell briefly on the qualities of Vishnu the way they're mentioned in the sahasranama. Some knowledge of the context in which it appears in the Mahabharata helps

Chanting 1000 times om namah bhagawate vasudevaya is equal to chanting one times Vishnu sahasranama. This stotra keeps you away from uncertain negative circumstances

Most important thing- The word FEAR will never bother you. I experienced this with in 6 days of chanting.
