That's why I want to sell the Zenith STOL CH 750/2 (with 125 hp fuel-injected IO-240 Continental). I got a ride in the SUPERSTOL at the factory in 2014; you gotta do this if you haven't already. frsmith2 has a video. That strip is badder than it looks, and the crossing "runway" was just brushed when we flew. I wonder what it will do dead stick? You just chop the power, hold the stick back, and plunk 'er in!

Cathy Henry talked me out of a Super STOL. She said it's pretty much a competition plane. If you don't need that there's not much point. They're amazing, but kind of a one trick pony.
Hi, I'm getting my highlander rebuilt. I wanted the extended tanks like yours. Factory said that they don't exist. What's the story with your extended tanks? Thank you
I own it now and have tried to contact the original builder on several occasions to no avail. The tanks are the old design, fiber glass ones. guessing it was a custom job.
Yes! But I also like to think that a tire can be part of a wheel, and wheel isn’t generally specific to a rim. Got 20” rims on my truck, 35” tires, overall I’d say a big Titan with big wheels.. In reference to this video, they are generally called Bush-Wheels..
