Romanian military contribution in Afghanistan and Iraq is quite considerable and deserves accolades , good manpower and dedication. As far as defending the country against a Russian attack, they need a lot of upgraded hardware and training , something the next door Ukraine could not come up with..so far this is a 1990s army that needs to move forward to 21st century battle condition , if the need arise and do it fast. Acum zeci de ani, in al doilea Razboi Mondial, pilotii de vanatoare vedeau in primul rand insemnele de pe avioanele care se apropiau, si avand in casti comunicatia cu celelelte 8-10 avioane din aceeasi forta de atac, in fractiunea de secunda in care i se alturau alte aviooane, de marca mai recenta, si pilotul lua legatura prin radio, bulinele erau semnul sigur de identificare.
