Awesome video man. You hit the nail on the head with this one - exactly what I was looking for. I'm a lone wolf so do single-player/PVE and absolutely love the game. I know it gets a lot of bad rep.... but heck.... I don't have to worry about cheaters and the other issues most complain about! Thanks for the video.
For end game mats, which binome would be best? Starting to think moving to desert is the play but not ready to commit on a move until i see more info on whats best for farming mats for end game items. Any suggestions?
The is a difficult question to answer, the desert presents a lot of problems but would provide higher mats in some cases, with the increased heat it could provide some frustrations as well. It also depends on what you're looking for, where I am at in the center of the map, I am pretty central to all locations and prefer the scenic views I get in the forest. We have not done a lot of exploration down in the Desert so I cannot give a fully informed opinion. You can Search on steam in the "The Front" community Page for a fully explored map which they have posted their and attempt to pick a base that has all the mines relatively close to it. We have been thinking of moving all of our base to the mountains for a "Mountain Dwarf Style Base" Whatever you decide, I would love to see your Pictures in our Discord Linked on my RUclips page. It's a very new Discord that we are just starting to expand on.
