Great showcase and explanation of this game, thank you. I'm going to pick this up the next time it's on sale. And wow, some of these comments are the main reason I've avoided the rts genre for years. So toxic and condescending just for the sake of it.

I'm curious how we use the casting manuals obtained from breaking down blueprints. Says they are used to recast BPs and grant new stats, but I can;'t figure out how to do that. Anyone know?

if this game was tarkov and had the rts. had the multiplayer and campaings of steel divison 2 oh boy the game looks great, besides the ai seems it could use a little upgrade as in real life you would hide in the rumble not stand in a middle of a field

Past 7 month only server update Dec 23 an update broke the fps never got better since. Update came put today apparently is a new game not much out there what it is

Warning: the AI in Gates of Hell is possibly the WORST in RTS history... it's HORRIFICALLY bad at times.

Awesome video man. You hit the nail on the head with this one - exactly what I was looking for. I'm a lone wolf so do single-player/PVE and absolutely love the game. I know it gets a lot of bad rep.... but heck.... I don't have to worry about cheaters and the other issues most complain about! Thanks for the video.

didnt mention hackers, the fact that your tank can look like is moveing forward on its side, put down more turrets by removing your space beacon so you have many more then your limit its thern put beacon back down. no way to attack bases with turrets shooting everything out of the sky. phalanxs are broken and shoot 10 bullets a second but only accounts for 1 bullet per second

dude it is lame why are people saying its "soooo gooood" criticly its avrage at best, but in the end its soooo boooorrriing, i mean just look at the NPC's there is zero A.I, anyway they got my money and wont give it back even though i played very little, on laggy 120ms "OCE server" its is %100 alpha purchase at your own risk!

why are all official servers ping at 500 ?? is this happening to anyone else im assuming this is the reason i'm unable to play the game!!! can someone please help me

They need to work on counterplays to turrets or nerf them big time.

what about the 3h daily period where your base is unprotected ? Can you get griefed by others players within that time on a pve server ? Cant seem to find reliable info on that.

great game but i cant even play multiplayer since i always get kicked for my ping living in australia and no one else here plays the game such a shame

we menage to kill a heli , loot is super crap but way to kill it , set up fob with 5 Phalanx canons and fill tham up, he has little over 100k hp its not that hard, just need few members soo he is atracted in area of guns

PvP i agree needs some work but.. For PvE it is quite playable. If you play SP or your own PvE server there is a decent amount of variation in the setting that allows you to configure the game to exactly what you want with regards to loot durability of items, NPC's, pretty much everything. Also remember that, yes it has bugs, it has balance issues and it has performance issues.. All very normal for early access titles that are just months old. Remember games like 7DtD have been around for several years and they had similar issues during that period. Also remember, if you just abandon the game at this stage you remove the dev's incentive to continue, meaning, you will never get the game this could be. How about, for a couple of months we just try to be positive and supportive instead of acting like salty kids having a tantrum.

Did you know there is a Flint spot, and a Salt spot each within an arrow shot of where they ask you to build base 1? The Flint is to your right when you come out of the tutorial area, just hug the cliff on your right and its just before the wolf den The Salt all you need to do is look over the cliffs into the shroud, youll see a ruined Tower with the top poking out of the Shroud, it has a chest inside it and is encrusted with Salt, you can glider dow and fast travel back out Im sure you also thought of this, but Respeccing skills is dirt cheap, so you only need those Mining Perks when you are actually going Mining, when you want to go fighting free up those 10 points for 10 Runes If you have trouble remembering exactly how you specced, take screenshots of your skills before resetting them Hope this helped someone This video has helped me 👍
