Here I will be showcasing the daily life of the solo chocolatier and solo entrepreneur that I am (at the moment) and bringing the ins and outs of everything I do with chocolate, and in my general life!
Today, I finally got hold of a machine I have been dreaming of using for ages. A TEMPERING MACHINE!
These are just a chocolatiers dream, saving me time meaning I can work on other more important things and let the machine temper my chocolate!
It was a good day :)
Here i get it, use it for the first time and then make some shells with it!
