I have tried the Tom's Natural Toothpaste with my Oclean Flow, and its really effective. My teeth never felt so fresh since then.
I used crest for months now and it seems to be a great pair for my Oclean Flow.

I've been using the Tom's Natural toothpaste and it seem to be working greatly along with my Oclean Flow. Both products really did make my teeth whiter and cleaner.

I thought Sensodyne was a great brand until I realized my teeth were getting a whole lot of plaque throughout the day which didn't happen with Colgate and after about a month, instead of whitening my teeth it made my teeth yellow!
I have been using baking soda and peroxide with a little water for a couple weeks now 2 times a day every morning and every night and I've been noticing a lot of changes 👍 I had early stages of periodontist disease on some of my upper teeth and one area was always bleeding. Is there anything else I can do at home? I also have a water pick but have not been using it lately because I just had a crown done and I wanted the area to heal

IMO the lost important factor when choosing a toothpaste is the RDA rating (relative dental abrasiveness). That chart you showed with the colored boxes can be easily found by anyone with google and it should be used to help choose. Personally I don’t use toothpaste lol I use the mouth rinse from Elementa Oral care. It’s the best stuff since sliced bread.
On point Dr. Alex. Some of these toothpaste have RDA values off the charts! I’ve never heard of Elementa Oral Care… thoughts??
I noticed that when I use a "natural" toothpaste, it just doesn't seem to work as well as when I use Crest or Colgate etc. Also I like to switch between a few different tubes. I think I like the fluoride ones but occasionally will use non fluoride.

Hi, im just wondering. I know you said we shouldn't use whitening toothpaste as our everyday toothpaste. Does that also apply to the toothpastes that aim to do a combination of whitening and help with sensitivity?
Yeah that’s a tough question. I’ve had some patients use those combination toothpastes that use whitening plus alleviate sensitivity but it wasn’t really effective. I would imagine those toothpastes have some hydrogen peroxide and maybe potassium nitrate. If it’s working for you then I don’t see a problem with it!
