He gave you the knowledge to find your answers and very clearly explained what the marketing tactics really mean and what you should be looking for in order to have a good dental hygiene.
He layed out the blue print think about what he said and what your needs are I can tell you most of those tooth paste are garbage and just for marketing DONT use charcoal
@@kyaaa_9590i agree but it looks dumb to have different brands next to him and not explain what toothpaste that he has with for certain people if we are being honest
I noticed that when I use a "natural" toothpaste, it just doesn't seem to work as well as when I use Crest or Colgate etc. Also I like to switch between a few different tubes. I think I like the fluoride ones but occasionally will use non fluoride.
I've been using the Tom's Natural toothpaste and it seem to be working greatly along with my Oclean Flow. Both products really did make my teeth whiter and cleaner.
I have been using baking soda and peroxide with a little water for a couple weeks now 2 times a day every morning and every night and I've been noticing a lot of changes 👍 I had early stages of periodontist disease on some of my upper teeth and one area was always bleeding. Is there anything else I can do at home? I also have a water pick but have not been using it lately because I just had a crown done and I wanted the area to heal
IMO the lost important factor when choosing a toothpaste is the RDA rating (relative dental abrasiveness). That chart you showed with the colored boxes can be easily found by anyone with google and it should be used to help choose. Personally I don’t use toothpaste lol I use the mouth rinse from Elementa Oral care. It’s the best stuff since sliced bread.
I thought Sensodyne was a great brand until I realized my teeth were getting a whole lot of plaque throughout the day which didn't happen with Colgate and after about a month, instead of whitening my teeth it made my teeth yellow!
I have been trying to find a vid to determine the right toothpaste and I just your vid. I hope to find the best toothbrush that would pair greatly to my Oclean Flow.
heey so my teeth hurts when i talk a lot whe, theres air also i cant bite cold things like watermelon or ice cream even i cant drink cold things it hurts CAN that sensodyne makes my teeths stronger ?
Yes sensodine or colgate sensitive can make it stronger, brush your teeth softly with a soft bristle toothbrush and brush your teeth like doing circles, if you brush too rough like scrubbing it you'll keep getting pain regardless if you use that toothpaste, I've experienced the same teeth pain and sensitivity now I don't feel pain anymore when I drink/eat something cold because I did all that I mentioned
Hi, im just wondering. I know you said we shouldn't use whitening toothpaste as our everyday toothpaste. Does that also apply to the toothpastes that aim to do a combination of whitening and help with sensitivity?
Yeah that’s a tough question. I’ve had some patients use those combination toothpastes that use whitening plus alleviate sensitivity but it wasn’t really effective. I would imagine those toothpastes have some hydrogen peroxide and maybe potassium nitrate. If it’s working for you then I don’t see a problem with it!
For me I noticed a slight difference but a difference nonetheless which is to be expected if you want a huge difference you’ll need an actual whiting product

Ok, just tell us what toothpaste that actually whitens so we could buy it
If your teeth aren't white there is no toothpaste that can help you.

I’m all for natural ingredients as long as they work nowadays natural ingredients is such a fad that crappy deodorant and toothpaste are being made.
Very simple, look for the ADA accepted marking and stop buying the junk that is over hyped and over priced.
And not eating or drinking carbohydrates
