In real life you can turn a 120hp Honda Civic into a 900+hp Lambo destroyer. But in Carbon, your cars are magically restricted to lowgrade parts because it's "tier 1" or "tier 2". Meanwhile you could turn any of those "tier 1" cars into 1000hp monsters in real life.
I love how the AI behavior was so scuffed in this game you could use pretty much whatever car you wanted at any point in the game because they'd either go so slow you'd guarantee a win or they'd cheat and fly past you at mach 10 making it impossible to win lol

I remember doing something similar with the Fiat Punto, the way it tackles corners at high speed is incredible, I had it customized to resemble the Fiat Grande Punto Abarth S2000 Rally car.

It really is much better than many other cars. Top speed not so much, especially when you don't have the ultimate gearbox, but the handling and acceleration are just insane.
@@dezpotizmOFheaven cobalt SS was good in acceleration. I still remember when against Taz in straight highway and I hit the car top speed 174 km. Not the fast car in term of top speed and ticket speed mission but it's the worse nightmare for every blacklist
the first car i bought since it has better performance than the cheapest cars. Also liked it overall and finished the game with it, with all the junkman parts you can smoke "Everyone!!" - as Cross said @ 20:31.

I did this. Used the Cobalt for the entire game actually. All junkman parts, 5 strike markers, all unused, never caught by the fuzz once, 55 million+ in bounty. Had to switch to something other than my usual since after Underground 2 the Peugeot 206 never returned. I always finish NFS games with the starter car, except Carbon. Used a tier 2 Charger for that.

Great video! What I did in MW is pinkslip every blacklist car starting from the bottom and use each one to beat the next one going up and repeat the process. It was really cathartic to beat Razor with the #2 car that belonged to one of his flunkies :D
For me the best starter car to use in mw is golf, just for starter, no need mods or anything, just pure stock, then get sonny's golf because of free mods and cosmetics wise Then use it till you get baron's cayman, then use it until you get ming's gallardo The reason is, compared to every car (cost and performance wise), golf is just one of the best, but not better than cayman (except for pursuits due to it being light af, it will easily flip by ramming through heat level 4 cops), then starting from ming, any blacklist will use all ultimate parts (including engine and turbo) while at the same time, you wont unlock it until you beat ronnie, so i think it was worth to keep restarting the race until you get the lambo, it also performs well and heavy enough to fight with heat lvl 5 cops (heavy enough with speedbreaker to ram through anything, 4wd for quick boost if getting locked in pursuit) Then after ronnie, i switch to either elise of carrera gt (i prefer elise due to cheaper price, though i didnt have problem with funds because i didnt spent anything before this point except for upgrades) because of longer races and those two cars gives best cornering speeds and mid-high rpm acceleration for me (actually any cars at this point are equally faster if equipped with ultimate parts) For blacklist races itself, it was practically easy, you can use pinkslip cars from the blacklist before, even without upgrades, if you are decent enough, they wont be a problem, for me the harder parts was pursuit, then up until blacklist 8, it was the normal races (they sometimes are either long af you got bored halfway to the races, or the ai rubberbands like shit that you have to drive 100% perfect without walltaps or crashing traffic or they will overtook you in 80% race progress with like 350kmh average speed and idiotic cornering ability)
When players beat the game . . . "Welp, good news is, i completed career mode, but the bad news is, all the vehicles i stored in my safehouses are presumably impounded."

I did the same with IS300 and Golf. Kinda hard (I'm not practiced as much) but I did beat him with those. I did better with the Cayman and Gallardo though.

I've also beat him with Cobalt SS. But 15 years ago. Actually it was my favourite car in NFSMW, it's downforce and controls are unbelievable. ❤️
