His crew from season 2 felt like a legit dnd party.
reacher is quite literally a "murder hobo", and so would of course fit into most dnd campaigns
I didn't even realize how true that is... So perfect
I would say he's a murder hobo for a cause. He doesn't randomly kill people and he doesn't take their stuff, but he's willing to kill to protect people or uncover the truth.
Good to know I almost built Reacher on accident lol. I did a v human with these level dips and the flavor was a cop with a pistol (hand crossbow) who used unarmed fighting to take down criminals non-lethally. I had a few more feats (benefits of rolling) but otherwise I was scarily close to a build I hadn't intended
Pretty great! Love this build 😁 The only note I would add would be to start Rogue at first level. If you know you're going to be taking a multi into Rogue at any point, you may as well just take that first level in Rogue so you can get that extra skill proficiency. I find that to be more handy than the extra Fighter HP at Lv1.
I can see the actor playing Batman
I think he could pull it off, he actually did play Aquaman in the Smallville TV series

I really like these ones where you take a character from a realistic story and turn it DnD/fantastical. It'd be cool to see more of these. Do Maverick from Top Gun as a griffin or dragon rider. Any Clint Eastwood character would be great too -- Josey Wales (The Outlaw Josey Wales), William Munny (Unforgiven), Walt Kowalski (Gran Torino), etc. Maybe some fun villains -- like Hannibal Lecter or the assassin played by Malkovich in In The Line of Fire.
I'd like to see a Josey Wales build.

I have a few suggestions for you to make, Aeon Flux, Crow (Eric Draven), Vampire Hunter D and Soloman Kane.
Very good build. I think I'd switch an ASI from DX to Con, grab toughness and start as a Rogue for an extra skill but that's just me. You way is still solid Reacher. in The Tom Cruise version is easy, just make him a V Human add a feat and a skill

I’d say dump one other level just to try and mix in 1 level of monk or barbarian for unarmored defense cause then you can fit slightly more with not wearing armor at all barbarian would be suggested cause you could possibly find use for rage while you would only get being able to hit as a bonus action from monk
I would go with human barbarian, and spend lots of points in charisma and intelligence.
That's tough to do with the limited amount of points in point buy in fifth edition, but if you're rolling for stats and you get lucky that's not a bad way to go
OMG! I was just talking to someone the other day about this character...how he was kind of good at everything, and then broke down how I'd make the character. Haven't started watching yet, but his AC better be: Plot.
You should try doing Sung Jin Woo from solo leveling it would be super cool
I recommend Transformers Optimus Prime or the Beast Wars version Optimus Primal

You know what, I think I want to request another Phantom Thief build; either Ryuji or Yusuke (of the two, Yusuke's my favorite, but Ryuji's the second Phantom Thief in the game and it would feel weird to skip him again).
Love this character. Was wondering if it should have some monk in it too ?
I couldn't really figure out a piece of monk that would fit well, and unarmed fighting style takes care of most what we would need anyways. We miss out on the idea of being able to pull off flurry of blows, but I think it's a fair trade-off

Second season was only good for the first three episodes. Might as well pretend it never happened.
I’m not super familiar with Reacher the character or the TV show (aside from the Tom Cruise movie, which I thought was ok 🤷🏻♂️), but this seems like a pretty cool build. I think you could also play around with it depending on your campaign. Doing a lot of fighting? Start off with the fighter levels. Being quite cerebral? Go with the rogue levels. Overall, seems like a pretty flexible build to me.

That would definitely be the basis of it, but I feel like there would be some requirement to throw in some monk, maybe a little something else as well
