Black Panther has the most difficult combos in MvCI

- Black Panther is quite technical in MvCI. He has the ability to cancel airborne moves in a wall dive, that itself can be crouch cancelled as he bounces off the ground. This gives him some awesome loops.
If you're looking to test your execution, try to get a few reps of the [cr.HK, FRWD+HK] loop found in the 2nd to last combo. Something a bit more manageable than that but still tough is the corner loop in the final combo.

Black Panther is extremely difficult to use especially when you have Dante doing less for more damage and setups.
If there is one thing I miss from Ultimate, it was them nerfing Dante's damage from Vanilla so he has to work harder to get equivalent damage with other characters simpler BnBs. So obnoxious that they rolled those nerfs back.
He called Bonnie's infinite from darkstalkers hard. I think thats the hardest thing he has done to this day, it took him like 3 videos.

I forgot he could cancel his specials with wall cling! I wish you could do it on block (it wouldn't be fair but whatever Dante exist lol). Guess he could be my C.viper function in this game (yes I know that joke is old).
He can only cancel his specials if he hits which sucks so if you do a special and they block or you wiff you have to cover yourself some how most likely with a tag.
yeah I think that's dumb when Dorm and Dante got all kinds of dirt that makes no sense! I'm still boggled about Dorm's thorn spell staying on hit but Chris Redfields landmine and nade go away when he's hit... Not to mention the slow start up and nades can't be layered... C H R I S R E D F I E LD got nerfed of all characters.. lol

Reminds me of Blazblue Valkenhayn's tail loop combo where you gotta shift from forward to down back rapidly while wolf dashing downward and instantly braking the wolf dash on landing to get the next tail swipe(brake command is down back C while wolf dashing with the D button, tail swipe command is neutral C)

Kind of disappointed with Panther. I was hoping he'd do stuff like summon soliders, and use his vibranium daggers (which could have some unique properties if they went by what they did in the comics). Still an awesome combo video Desk, kept up the good work.

Eh. I don't quite understand what you are saying. How would BP having vibranium daggers, or a soldier come help him make the game imbalanced? I know not everything thing has to be faithfully adapted, but has hoping for more than just slashing, punching, and kicking from BP.

Your videos always have my jaw hanging to the ground in pure amazement due to the sheer skill it took to pull off some of these. TOO BAD, that Black Panther did not reward you with good damage for your hard work.

While I don't think Black Panther should do MORE damage, he SHOULD have some more utility.
Things he SHOULD have:
-Air Dash
-Invincible DP (he has no projectiles yet Zero gets an Invincible DP)
-More priority on his Air Rekka. People have damn DIVE KICKS with more priority!!!
-A bit of Armor on his wall clings and wall clinging attacks. He is TOO crippled by projectiles and reality stone. And his suit is VIBRANIUM damnit!!
-maybe even latent small amount of armor vs projectiles period? He is such a close up damager, but projectiles stop him in his tracks.
He has super high execution to do combos. He should have some utility because of it.
As of right now, you work 10x as hard as anyone in the cast to do less damage. And again indont MIND his current level of damage. He's a speedy character. The DAMAGE is fine. He needs utility to be able to get IN without being stopped so easily by small things.
Sooo much work for so little damage. :(

50% = 5k. That IS little. Pretty much everyone is able to do 65% with 1 meter. You must not play this game.
he did more than 50%... He did a 60% combo on a 10K health character before meter..
Denis Kreynin Pretty much everybody good does not mean pretty much everybody . Tons of people can't do that , you must only play 6 characters on the roster pre dlc
would you mind breaking down the HSD reset? your research is always top notch, I know how it can be done, but the question is, WHY can it be done and whats the exact theory behind it? I'd like to make a guess that you may not need supers to activate the glitch, but you tell me.

Hey desk! Been following you since the start of MK9 where I thought your combos were bull lmao none the less I love every video you come out with and appreciate your grind for all us to see. I just had a question regarding combos in general if thats ok. What are some steps you take to finding these combos and knowing they will link? Frame data? Are you sought out by gaming companies?

One question, are you playing on hitbox cuz that's pretty fast for a stick. I can parry 720 in third strike and what you're doing is faster than that , granted its less inputs on the actual commands but hot damn if that was stick im super impressed

Is he basically X-23? Those look like Mirage Feint cancels, his specials are similar to hers, and he even has what appears to be some invincibility on that one super.
People complainnig a lot. He has some easy combos that do 6 k damage. You need to consider his mobility, that is great!
Those cancelled wall climb combos are hard to time correct.

looking at these 2/3 life combos with no tagging it makes me wonder why so many players seem to love tagging in the middle of combos so much, even when it means bringing in a really low life character who ought to be resting.
elindred because tag combos are easier to execute than these. And lots of time they do more damage.
elindred these combos are probably super difficult to do and you’d more than likely drop it. So I’d rather get guaranteed medium damage versus risking a long combo with heavy damage that I might drop.
elindred I either tag mid combo for either post combo meterless damage, resets, and to optimize some combos that normally don't work full screen
elindred tag allows to have way more options.

Due to the fact that he is harder to use, we probably won't see him often in tournaments. Too early to tell, but so far, I'm already sick of any variations between Dumb-te, Dull-tron and Snore-mammu.

Kristyan Queano everyone is giving her love bevaise she is a "waifu". BP needs way more love than her.
Not everyone is giving her love for that but it is a valid reason. My reason for using her is because I am a Monster Hunter fan. I started playing the series in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and my brother got me into it. I like how her moveset is reminiscent to the series itself. The kick she does is a gesture in the MH games and the Dual Blades super is a move in the MH games as well. She's like a playable reference to the Monster Hunter series and I like her for that.

Despite the game being trash, I still make creative combos in my spare time with this game so at least it has “some” replay ability.
Black Panther, Venom, and Winter Soldier were the only DLC characters I wanted to buy but if I did it would've cost the same as the character pass
