1. Ingredients for Kebab
Mince meat 1 kg
1 egg
2 slices of bread
1/2 cup cream (homemade or tetra Pak dairy cream)
1 tablespoon garlic paste
4 to 5 finely chopped green chili
1/2 tablespoon mixed spices (garam masalah)
crushed red chili and salt 1 tablespoon each
2. Ingredients for gravy
cooking oil 2 tablespoon
medium sized onion
1 inch ginger piece
1 clove garlic
1 green chili
1 tablespoon yoghurt
1/2 cup cream
sookha dhaniya (dried coriander seed powder) and kasoori methi (dried fenugreek) for garnishing and last flavor addition.
