1. Ingredients for Kebab
Mince meat 1.5 kg
2 eggs (fried)
1 big bun or 4 slices of bread
1/2 cup fresh dahi/yogurt
1 garlic clove, 2 inches ginger piece (crush with mortar pestle
4 to 5 green chili, 2 big sized onion and handful fresh coriander (chop finely in chopper machines)
1 tablespoon mixed spices (garam masalah)
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon dried coriander seed powder (sookha dhnaiya)
