Agreed! A lot of times we are just blinded by our own perspective. And no matter how hard we try we just can't see the limiting beliefs and problems that lie in those blind spots. So coaching can be super beneficial for people who wanna optimize their lives even more further. But dang, Leo you've come a long way since when you made this video. I just started my new careers as a life coaching and I think your older videos are equally as valuable as your new ones.

+helen zumaeta The term was 'dysfunctional states'. You have confused the state with the person. A dysfunctional person doesn't go for therapy, they need more intervention. A functional person with an area in their life that is dysfunctional ie: dysfunctional state, will go for therapy.
