DEAR : SELF LOVE - SPOKEN WORD

This months spoken word is all about Self Love. Something I think we all think we understand but not many of us do. Its taken me 26 years to accept and love myself. to even come to terms of doing that. Its a really important part of happiness. I've wrote more up on the blog on my thoughts and journey through this discovery but heres a nice little spoken word :)
