It would be perfect for me if it had ended in that force push at 4:40, after that was a little to much for my taste. Still, great job guys! Really nice coreagraphy and the footage was also really good! You won a new subscriber!
Although the choreography is very great I have to say that there are some things that I liked more in the original. The story that the choreography tells here is a pretty in depth one considering no words were spoken, the way that Palpatine dominated the fight from the get go and toyed with the jedi like they were his prey and he their sadistic hunter. The way Windu and (I think) Fisto tried their best to not get separated after seeing their friend die, and the way that Windu, upon seeing Fisto dead, felt even more resolute than before and went all out against the sith lord. It all feels like a great overcoming, a growth point, almost like a David and Goliath situation, somewhat similar to when Obi Wan fought Darth Maul in Ep 1. And it's all done very well, but I think it's misplaced. This fight showed some sort of climax to a character development arc, but the character, Windu, had nothing prior leading up to such an event where this pay off would feel expected and satisfying. And as it should be, he wasn't the main character nor was he someone who needed growing in this particular tale. This would have felt a little out of place. Windu was supposed to be one of the best lightsaber duelists ever, he had done his growing years ago, and now he was simply a tool in Anakin's own character arc. He was a proverbial good road vs Palpatine's bad road. He was supposed to be stronger than Palpatine because Palpatines strongest weapon was not his lightsaber (although he was undoubtedly very good at dueling) but his manipulation. He tried all 7 forms of lightsaber fighting against Windu and could not overtake him. He had to rely on Anakin whom he had been grooming to join the dark side, and it served his purpose greatly as he could make himself look helpless to give Anakin that last push he needed. This all spoke very strongly of the manner of character Palpatine was. Again I'm not saying this is bad or that one fight is "better" but rather they both tell a story in their choreography and I feel that the one in the movie better serves the overall story. This was most likely just a for-fun project, and not made to be suggested as a theoretical replacement for the fight we got in the movie, but I wanted to share my thoughts and comparison of the two. For fun if for nothing else. One last bit though I do wish that the choreography for the movie one was as skillful as seen here. Understandably, Ian McDiarmid wasn't able to do too much considering his age and his lack of sword fighting experience (or even training as Lucas decided to go from a stand in to McDiarmid last minute) but I wish the fight looked a little better like how they did in the test footage they had with younger stand ins.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You're right that this was just a fun project that obviously can't replace what we received in the film. I love that you identified the story within the choreo as that's our biggest priority. Thank you again, we love hearing from our viewers and hearing their thoughts.
This was soo amazing man!The choreography especially was insane, much better than the movies !!!!! At the same time,it was also so realistic which just made it much more relatable in a way to real life scenarios thus, improving the whole experience even more!!
This is actually better than the actual movie fight, it is so depressing that the 3 jedi masters died so quick, i wanted to see more of them in the fight.
Unless I’m pledging, my 🧎♂️allegiance to Him Emperor Palpatine if it’s anything else other then that it’s an 100 percent hell no….but this video is awesome 👏🏻
I must admit. This is one of the best lightsaber fights I've seen. Been watching this on repeat for days now.
Thanks, so glad you enjoyed it so much
Nice video
Did you see just two fights?
beats any sequel duel
I am so glad you made Palpatine true to form and dual wield :D
Glad you liked it. We definitely hope to use palpatine for future videos
The reason that palpatine duel wields in clone wars is to explain how he still had one saber left after Windu kicked his first out of the window
This fight>>>>movie fight
Ah yes, I would expect nothing less from my favorite up and coming lightsaber duelists. Once again you have out done yourselves
Thanks, we put alot of effort into this one, glad you enjoyed it

The ending was something else. The intense choreography, take downs, the back roll at 3:47, and the music combined in a glorious way.
Dear God, this is a masterpiece
Thanks
It would be awesome to saw a Palpatine double saber fight in the movie
DAMN THAT FIGHT IS FIRE.

Though there were meant to be four masters, this is still so good
We couldn't find any keen jedi to fight our palpatine

Bro this just made my whole Friday. What great choreography and styles with the lightsabers. Very well done. May The Force Be With You Always!
I'm so glad to hear that. I hope you enjoy your weekend
This was more better than the movie. Because in the movie the others masters dies really fast in the begining of the Fight.
Nice vídeo 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🙂😎

SO GOOD CONGRATS ON 2 K

Already better then the movies I love how the movie made it so the ‘Jedi masters’ died so quickly this is so much better
That was definitely the biggest element we wanted to address. Glad you enjoyed it
I like how a couple of teenagers can make a better lightsaber duel than a billion dollar corporation.
Yooo this is lit!
Glad you enjoyed it
Masters vspaipatine reimagined is wow for mi is wow god video
When I watch this all I see is Agen Kolar, Kit Fisto and Mace Windu fighting Sidious in his office. This is the canon fight for me 😁
You guys have way better editing than me
That's so damn cool.

This was amazing its too bad the actors in the actual movie were too old to make such glorious choreography
