I have a 2018, exactly the same color convertible. I picked it up with 9000 miles, pristine, looks like new, and was accident-free. It was the first owner's car for 51 K US dollars. I'm happy as a lark.
Just bought a 2014 RWD 5.0 V8R coupe, coincidentally in white. Such a beauty and an utter BEAST but surprisingly stable even under full throttle with such an AWESOME noise. Pure grin factor. I now always drive it in 'dynamic' mode despite originally being worried about sounding like a hooligan. 34mpg on long runs is very doable. The 8 speed (!) gearbox is incredible - never leaves you waiting for power. Only downside seems to be a bit more tyre noise from the 295's at the rear than you'd like but it needs the grip with all that power under your right foot. Enjoy.
I just got the coupe and could not be any happier. The quality is top shelf. The power is now and makes you to want to get on it a bit. The rear is just big and looks like it is ready for any road at any speed. Supposedly it is wider than the Vette. In black it just looks forbidding. The interior is comfortable and it is setup so that you wear it. It does not have that sedan look or feel. For the money you can't beat it. I think it sits at the base of the supercars but still has that muscle car power feel. The body is all aluminum! The 2018s also have the hood vents spaced further apart and have a better design in my opinion. The left and right air intakes how have horizontal splitters giving a more aggressive look. Plus there is room in the hatch for luggage for a few day trip without having pack the passenger side. For the money, it is a steal.
I just went to view a 2015 model V8s convertible with very low mileage last week - it’s black, looks amazing, sound devilish, feels incredibly well put together; I’ll be in touch with the dealership to transact soon - Lord hear my prayers🇿🇦

TheCarGuys.TV this is the original v8-s which is the 490(ish) bhp. Was the top of the line model over the v6 and the v6-s. 2015 onwards the R was released with the 550BHP engine as a RWD and then later updated with the AWD. Currently own a v6-s but the v8r is the only one to own to be honest.
@@MrRubbish12345 Correct Lordy118, I have the 2015 V8R 550BHP Convertible RWD in Italian Racing Red, absolutely love it and nice to say they are quite rare.
At launch, the entry-level model used Jaguar’s new 3.0-litre V6 supercharged petrol engine, producing a maximum power output of 340 PS (250 kW; 335 hp), enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 97 km/h (0 to 60 mph) in 5.1 seconds, and attain a top speed of 259 km/h (161 mph). The F-Type S has the same engine uprated at 380 PS (279 kW; 375 hp), allowing the car to attain a top speed of 275 km/h (171 mph), and achieve acceleration from 0 to 97 km/h (60 mph) in 4.8 seconds. Next in the range is the V8 F-Type R, with Jaguar’s 5.0-litre, 550 PS (405 kW; 542 hp) supercharged V8 petrol engine, allowing the car to attain a top speed of 299 km/h (186 mph) and accelerate from 0 to 97 km/h (60 mph) in 4.0 seconds.
@@TheCarGuysTV ehm... not exactly. The 2013-2014 V8 convertible was named "V8 S" with 495PS / 488bhp. That's what you have tested. There was no coupe at that time.
