gorgc inventing things that have been pretty good for mulitiple patches is top tier gorgc content.

@@user-ch2zz3me5u RTZ and others have been playing sf safe with a variety of builds not unlike this one. People even went no raze in lane (was a deso rush build iirc) at reasonably high MMR since SFs shard was changed.
When shadowblade was a crit item it was often core on safe SF.
I don't think it's op or uniquely strong. It is very good at ending games, having the tools to win fights and take objectives and being able to start doing it with 2 items. I know this about it because I've seen it and played it occasionally over the past several patches. I watched someones guide months ago and they referred to RTZ playing it then.
