when do you decide on going bloodstone/ scepter for axe?

Scepter probably when main enemy dps dealers are melee or have short range ranged heroes. Dunno really. It does combo well with bloodstone though.
Bloodstone has been a good item on axe for a while. With the AOE radius buff on the item, it makes his Call and his Counter Helix AOE bigger and gives him lifesteal on helix proc. Shard+Bloodstone and a 3 man catch with a few creeps heals him to full from 1 hp. You can go test the combo in demo. Very stronk right now.
