This is a great restaurant that I go to often but this got to be one of the most coincidental yet strange recommendations I’ve gotten in a while.

Been to terlingua if it’s the same place, only remember a chili cook off . What I do remember is there was nothing there. Tons of fun though.

I will not eat here due to the bad hygene of this place I dont find it acceptable that in the beginning of the video the young man is dropping meat from a mop bucket..ok maybe the bucket is clean but means they prep so much ahead of time..you cant tell what is fresh..and Im not trying to be mean my parents are from zacatecas but not everybody in zacatecas cooks like this !! I dont ! I use pots
That it's not a mop bucket I've never been at this place but let me tell you something my brother use to work in a five star hotel as a cook and he said to me that the rats were over the rice an flour in the dry storage so I'm also a cook and i have SO many stories to day but i just wanne make a point that not everything that shines it's gold im also form zacatecas from Tepetongo near Jerez
