@@EllenmendenhallI feel sorry for the poor deer. When I'm closer than about two feet the flies start in on me, but only a few nothing like the swarm on and around Goldie. I can't imagine not having hands to brush the annoying little blood suckers away.
I really am enjoying how she seems to have claimed our home as her own area. It shouldn't be long before her little one begins following her around more and more as well. She was the one I hoped would take over after Nicky and give me a chance to actually follow the entire life, hopefully many years, of one of these deer.😊❤

The little guy is smart enough to be where the flies aren't, they are getting ridiculous in this heat. It would be nice to see it again, I'm sure it won't be long and it will be out more and more.😊 I hope you and your mother are well and having as good a day as possible.😊❤

I'm not much of a people person, I have more animal friends than human and one of those friends just moved to Texas just in time for the hurricane that is on its way. One thing about him living in Texas is I'll have a place about halfway across the continent to stay if I should ever be fortunate enough to travel around.
