9:30 The Full Setup - Хобби
First Live Setup I've seen for a while, which I understand completely what it does and how it works and which I think that I can handle it, too. Sometimes things don't have to be complicated to be good :D Thanks for showing
Sometimes simple is best, for sure.
Great video! Love to see people’s setups! Love to learn about new equipment! Thanks! 👊
Thanks! We're got more in the works :)
This is super dope, now I just need to have 15 bangers in Ableton I can slice up!
This is a great setup!! Love it!
Thank you djtt ! I love these videos ! Pure technical details on DJ personal setups,, unique point of view ,,from all youtube channels
Glad you like them! We're working on making even more How I Plays :)
Probably be better off upgrading that funky headset mic for something more premium to help out with your feedback issues.
Absolutely love your work, SHADED (Mad Stacks, Attitudes, Holla Atcha Boy, Sheshe). Sheshe is so creative!!
Damn thats dope had no idea Shaded rocked like that 🔥
Hey thank you for this video. Shaded is a MAN WHO CAN!!!
Love the setup! It was a really fun video! We need more content like this one on the channel!
More to come!
I appreciate this,thank you
That was really dope. Never knew all that. Fun set up
inspiring stuff!
Dude this is dope, I have 3 Xones too
Great video. Could you tell me where you got those stands for your monitor speakers?
Epic
Thanks God...a new HOW I PLAY video!!! :))

@@djtechtools Your are my best, thankyou for hear me.
Great video and style of playing!!! Is it possible to get this mapping to control ableton via K2s somehow? :)
Great setup! Soo powerful and complete, thanks for showing!! But the vocal synth only available for iPad, no android 😠
Thought this was gonna be about how to play with shades on LMAO
HAha love that! that WOULD be a helpful video .:p
Muito bom meu amigo
Just came across this one again and is there any chance to see the mappings broken down i.e. diagrams that show which knobs and buttons are linked to what functionality?
best vid I have seen on how to use ableton with the xone K2. If someone has some vidz suggestion about ableton/xoneK2 live sets, please le me know ;)
omg, i was waiting for this
how do i color the buttons on the k2 on ableton?
I might be missing something but how is he triggering clips?
Take those shades off 🤣🤣🤣
I have 2 A&H K2's. I cant imagine with 3 and all that mapping! Geez!! Throw out your mappings for a price!
This is basically a drum rack mapping with some clip triggering and send/device controls. All can be achieved via basic MIDI Learn in Ableton and saved/exported in a form of the project file. (no scripting involved).
@@StevanDjumic that's still above my pay grade. Lol. You crushed it with the 2 K2 mappings you made for me, you need to sell them! Maybe create a rack like that and sell it to public as well!
I just can't imagine the process using Ableton Live and all the other units. I'm still getting used to what you made for me! Lol
Wow.. Im using Dj controller Pioneer Flx4 and all that i know is recordbox and serato. Now I see this man what doing and i know that i want the same but i totally don’t know Ableton and my English language is not good.. So sad.. is it possible someone to teach me how to do it like shaded please? Its easy to buy 3 K2 but than what i need and how to used?
But how can i easyli split up a random track from my songlibrary into stem files?
And mostly, into 8 stems, and not only 4
You can isolate on some mixers, but it won’t be as clean as a produced stem file. In other words, make your own stems to play out or buy stem packs for the best effect.

What’s up with the electric tape on the laptop?
That might be for static electricity
'I just like to see it simple'.........yeah alright then.
Close the window please😂
that Apogee is more perfect than those K2’s. on par with the Xone96.
can still make’em work with modern macOS. just need a few adaptors - which are as expensive as getting a FW Duet on ebay.
Hey man can u elaborate? Do you say you prefer the apogee and the k2s over a xone 96? If so why is that? Thanks a lot like
Painting Silence - the sound quality of the Apogee Duet FW is super clear compared to any DJ level gear. it’s pro.
people who say it sounds analog are comparing it to very pro ADDA converters. it’s a great bargain on ebay and even though not officially supported is still fully functional. only draw back is headphone out
is same as main out just independent volume control so no independent monitoring/cue.
but live pa doesn’t usually require that.
@@MrCalebgrayson I see thanks a lot for clarifying. Great to know. I play dawless so not really needing it but always good to know the options.
What can you say about rme babyface pro in comparison with apogee?
Am I the only one to wonder why this black tape on the mac???
Edginesssssss
dude i can do all of that on a traktor s8 with some solid stems... but this impresses the girls more i bet..
You can do it in your bedroom using other people's stems I bet.
songs id plsss! the first onee
If you not have enough master on track when you play live, just buy a compressor
What's that vocal?
It's Shaded's "Mad Stacks" - ruclips.net/video/a8e79WVbf1A/видео.html
It's what's called the Hawtin Paradox, the more technology used the more boring it becomes. Try this, get some good records, then play one after another.
You have no idea what you talking about
It's called traktor sound
I can tell when somebody uses CDJ or traktor or Ableton
He is not DJing, he is producing music on the fly or remixing it to a New sound
Yes this technology can make it very boring but it's not the technologies it's the person using the technology that is boring to begin with
Go check out Pedro Vasconcelos
Master at turning boring tracks into energetic Master pieces
oh god this type of house music... ffs
