Hey btw I covered the entirety of the blue album including all its b-sides. It would mean a lot if you’d check it out! ruclips.net/video/HQfAHyuAF6s/видео.html
I believe that if this was released then it would have been up there with blue and pinkerton, it definitely is for me. I think I would put it at #3 or #2 out of all of their albums (if it was released).
ya i can't stand the real high pitched vocals in a lot of green ewbaite and white especially, just hurts my ears more than anything. don't get why rivers ever thought it was a good idea especially since he's clearly still capable of what he did on blue and pinkerton
I love this song! First time hearing it today even though you posted it over 6 years ago. They always sound awesome I saw them live recently and they are simply ageless. Thanks for posting 😎
i really love the chorus of mansion of cardboard though. the song feels like your average early weezer song and maybe skippable compared to others and then suddenly it hits me with that
This is so peaceful and beautiful, I really like the Queen of Earth solo(big EWBAITE vibes) Im sad this wasn't officially released as an album like this.
Everyone of course is going to have their own opinion, but green was just okay. The only song from it I still regularly listen to is Glorious Day. Maladroit on the other hand is light years far and away the best post-Pink album for me. I know I just said the whole opinion thing, but if you don't give that album at least *A LITTLE BIT* of credit, I am 100% convinced you either haven't listened, or are just being stubborn/snobbish/a troll. That being said, EWBAITE, White, and even Red are pretty damn good too IMO.
@@loganbigoni9019 This would've come out after Maladroit, so White and EWBAITE wouldn't have come out yet. But you're right, Weezer has had some great albums other than Pinkerton and Blue. I think White gets slept on, personally. 'Endless Bummer' has gotta be one of their best closers ever. Up there with 'Only In Dreams', 'Long Time Sunshine', and 'Butterfly' Also, I think Songs from the Black Hole has been a bit over-romanticized. It's a cool concept, but Pinkerton is such a masterpiece so I can't really complain that Weezer went in that route instead.
I'm rolling definitely different photography ideas and filming. Different time rather, lol,,, kind of like petting a dog and when it wants to bite you?

Any chance you can update the Google drive link to the album?
The only reason this couldn't be the actual cover for Homecoming, would be the fact that Matt Sharp wasn't in the band anymore at that point.
plus rivers had discovered gel by that point
Matt is in this songs?
i mean he's in the middle of the cover and the album is called homecoming, maybe he returned?
so sad
someone said this pic was taken the same day as the blue album
this looks like one of those awkward family photos where the mom forces all the kids smile
Brian is definitely the mom here
It's Matt's birthday, now go behind him and take a picture together, okay?
And I love it 😁
@@Vitorio582 3
that’s the idea
Produced by Noel Gallagher.
Nodded at by Liam Gallagher.
The guitars in this are insane
Closest recordings to their heavier live sound imo
Rivers is the real deal.
this is top three post pinkerton
Nope, White is better, my friend

Maybe it’s because they’re just demos, but the rough/raw sound gives the songs a lot more life.
so happy
I remember these songs from 2003-2004 era. I haven’t heard these songs in years and can still sing along with them.
Of that era it’s a shame Prodigy Lover, Private Message, Living without You, and Hey Domingo were never properly released.
I believe that if this was released then it would have been up there with blue and pinkerton, it definitely is for me. I think I would put it at #3 or #2 out of all of their albums (if it was released).
Mo Beats sux tho

Just found this for the first time. Ok human was good, but so glad I found this. This is the new weezer I didn’t know I wanted
These songs are the “Album 5 Demos” recorded in 2002
I love Rivers vocals on a lot of these. Sounds very Bluerton era before he took singing lessons and ruined his vocal style.

It’s not necessarily his singing lessons but mostly how over produced the vocals have become
@@ChimpusKongusEWBAITE is amazing but I agree with those others
I like modern weezer, seeing this comment make me feel sad..

I NEVER HEARD THIS ALBUM BEFORE!
It's beautiful, every song is beautiful. I love it.
this is not an official weezer album

The Organ Player is so good omg
Yes one of his best.

Oh wow, I haven't heard these songs since I was 18/19. Great memories.
We Go Together uses the some of the same guitar as Getting up and Leaving.
Yeah I noticed that too
This sounds like Blue mixed with Maladroit, which are my two favorite weezer records
Those are my 2 favorites also.

rumour has is 'Prodigy Lover' is a Matt Sharp diss track
I recommend add Cygnus X1 right after Untenable
Pretty big Weezer fan and I've not heard this so thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for this. The first track alone is 10x better than any album since green.
ironically, it was most likely a b-side from maladroit
Green was so boring. Pinkerton, Blue, EWBAITE, White, and Maladroit are their best albums, in that order.

THIS is Weezer!
Why dont they just release this instead of doing covers?
Fact we could’ve gotten this instead of Make Believe is crazy. Make Believe isn’t too bad in all honesty just this would’ve been better
Every leftover is better than the news songs of them
QB Blitz is pretty good tho you gotta admit
after Maladroit its all shit to me sadly
At least we got the White Album. My 3rd favourite album by them and their best since Pinkerton imo.
