That part at 8:10 was driving me CRAZY. I was wandering back and forth, up and down. Not knowing where to go, and wondering why the others weren't following me. All because I didn't see that stupid door. This is probably the most confusing series of games I've played. Constantly wondering where I'm supposed to go.

So I spent quite a bit walking around trying to find *that* door, and I finally found it and walked right up to it, but nothing. At that point I gave up and found this video and discovered that you do indeed need to go behind the door. Lo and behold as soon as I unpause the game and try again the triangle prompt appears even though it didn't when I tried before

Nate can go ninja on one of Marlowe's men with a stealth attack by hanging from the window here at 6:40 and pulling him down.
Nate can also kill the brute after opening the door at 8:10 without hand-to-hand combat and with two direct shots from a sawed off shotgun. It takes quickness, speed, and quick reflexes, but it can be done with relative ease after practice.
No walkthroughs I've seen show these tactics. I've done them on Crushing. They should be easier on lower levels of difficulty.
