The grey Funtime freddy is from a Fnaf book called The Fourth Closet. In the book it was a bit different since instead of the missing children killing afton charlie activated the springlocks in his suit essentially killing him The book series is basically a parallel universe, also it's sorta canon as all the main events happen in the books but with some small tweaks
The gray and white Funtime Freddy is also from the books. I haven’t read them myself, but he’s from The Fourth Closet. He chases a few of the main characters through a mirror maze, gets mangled in a carousel along with Funtime Foxy and they both kill William Afton (btw it’s a different canon from the games).

The version of Molten Freddy with the mask's multipart style covering its whole body, shown for less than a second during the repeated 'I know you won't be back another round' transition parts is also one of the best ones I've seen. Very interesting design.
