No Remorse is a truly underrated classic, such a shame they don't play it live more often. I love blasting this song on my guitar, the riffs kick absolute ASS!!
exactly how I feel about this song, there's just something special about its riffs... one of the songs that inspired me the most to pick up an instrument
They don’t play it because the 3rd verse is xenophobic and racist: “no one to save the weaker race, we’re ready to kill all comers”, even when they play it they skip the 3rd verse. See they skipped it here too.
@@843idfa A few comments on that. 1) they don't play a lot from the first album. 2) Originally (see the demos) there was no 3rd verse or chorus. 3) They skipped the 2nd solo, too, so think about that. Also, Kirk clearly doesn't practice his solos anymore. I feel like James is the only one that kills it each time I see them. How does he sing and shred only down picking?!? amazing
The snare doesn't sound like absolute shit. The guitars don't sound muddy as hell. Kirks wah isn't overpowering. The crowd doesn't sound muffled. Looks like they got a new sound guy. Nice
They've had the same sound guy for decades. The MetOnTour videos before this used the raw sound board audio that wasn't mixed for release. This video, and the ones that have followed it have been properly mixed. That's the difference.
Actually, he isn't. Metallica has put out numerous official releases from Mexico City. There will, most likely, be an official DVD/BD from the Hardwired tour. Usually these releases splice together footage from multiple shows and have extra songs (See the last Mexico City DVD) Since they did three nights in Mexico City, along with a debut (Dream no More) It's you who is talking out of their ass
James sounding really good. So glad to hear him sing with that scratch behind his voice again. May not be like the 80's or early 90's but it sounds great.
I always love Kirk's opening solo .... it's just so perfect. The energy, and yes ... the WAH sounds so appropriate. This song pummels ... fucking intense man!
U2fanchemistryIQ sacaron un cd por concierto en livemetallica.com y en la página oficial van a sacar un dvd igual por concierto, pero ojala hagan uno como el del 2009
Metallica´s performances in México always are great!! I have watched many videos with performances in other countries and there is nothing to compare :)
If someone doesn't know, Rob's eldest son (11 years old)Tye will substitude Korn's bass player for short tour in Latin America. Hope we'll see someday full Metallica 2nd generation band :)
I think James means Brian Slagel. Slagel is the guy who discovered Metallica in 1982 and produced and distributed 'No Life Till Leather' and the 'Metal Massacre' albums.
I think the reason why the audio is so much better is because of the new stage they have and the way the cameras capture the audio, and I'm hoping the audio sounds the same as the Mexico show's for their North American tour.
They already got the audio of the concert, and why not a DVD with the best of the 3 concerts, Mexican fans would be very grateful for that .. I love you Metallica!
This song is the absolute masterpiece of heavy metal. solo in the intro, trash speed of hell and best of all : all the parts of the songs are really différent and fit perfectly together .

1:07 I love to play bass and this part of the song is so heavy. The emphasis the drum kick does along with the bass is absolutely nuts.

4:13 - 4:22 That vocal range is darn impressive.

The snare doesn't sound like absolute shit. The guitars don't sound muddy as hell. Kirks wah isn't overpowering. The crowd doesn't sound muffled. Looks like they got a new sound guy. Nice
Max Lu no same sound guy
James Clancy Jr how do u know?
It's post show production, not just as is, like the regular metontour videos. It's going to be a DVD, so that's why it's high quality.
It's different from the original
They've had the same sound guy for decades. The MetOnTour videos before this used the raw sound board audio that wasn't mixed for release. This video, and the ones that have followed it have been properly mixed. That's the difference.
Wish they played this more, my favorite from Kill em' All
The middle part would be nice to hear also
Totally agree. IMO, one of the best metal songs of all time. Have to play the whole thing...that said, it is nice to hear it being played.
Attack Helicopter i know, they played the album in full
Glenn Towles Now all i need to hear is Trapped Under Ice
Check out cannibal corpse cover it slays
is it me or does the audio sound so much better?
Not just you, this sounds fucking awesome.
Isaac Baquerizo the mix is good especially the drums not like the old upload from early this year which the drums sounds weak and Lars bass inaudible
It's because they're filming for the Worldwired dvd, you notice it on the Death Magnetic tour dvds too.
Isaac Baquerizo Yeah, sounds like some compression was added. Well done!

Finally I can hear the drums kick!!!!
Rafael Grilli long have you been waiting then
Rob has a The Helmets sticker on his bass, way to support you're sons band.
Stevie boi I liked that band it's a shame they're no longer together
*your
Great promotion lol. Surely they are familiar with the band "HELMET" , so I wonder why they chose that name. Oh well lol
4:15 I keep listening to that part. That Halford-style scream is fucking great and James nailed it!
James sounding really good. So glad to hear him sing with that scratch behind his voice again. May not be like the 80's or early 90's but it sounds great.
I always love Kirk's opening solo .... it's just so perfect. The energy, and yes ... the WAH sounds so appropriate. This song pummels ... fucking intense man!
that’s why it’s one of his favorite wah solos🤷

Metallica is like wine man, i'm telling you. James downpicking still INSANE
They are a fine wine, yes but they make a kick ass whisky. It's called Blackened 😤👍🔥
No, they're like beer, cold, but refreshing
Someone stop Kirk he's on fire
@First Name Last Name wtf he was complimenting Kirk. What the blue fuxk is your problem asshole?
@Far Stox It was a compliment. lol

@@Omar_E11 omg dude I see you in every single Metallica video out there and ironically my name is Omar too...
@@masa2elkorah907 Yeah I comment often lol but nice to see a fellow arabian metalhead \m/
Kirk's solos make me happy :D
At 0:40 you can see they're happy during this tour. I like so much to see Metallica this way
I liked them better when they were drinking
“This one’s for Brian”
More like “this one’s for the creators of DOOM”
Lmao exactly
DOOM's soundtrack was actually from MOP, even i was shocked.
I guess this is a Diamondhead cover
@@lous2187 no, Am I Evil was the diamond head cover.
@@channelname9048 Hahaha more like e2m1
Whoever mixed this...PLEASE!!!!! Let him/her mix LiveMet as long as it exist!
Thank you!
4:13 , that scream!
I can tell Kirk has been practising....!!!!

I think James means Brian Slagel. Slagel is the guy who discovered Metallica in 1982 and produced and distributed 'No Life Till Leather' and the 'Metal Massacre' albums.
Brian Perez
He might be talking about Brian tatler from diamondhead because they covered this song a while back.
I was in this concert ,this song is truly awesome and see a metallica in live is the experience more excited in my life. VIVA MEXICO CABRONES!!!!!!
Beautiful
Idk what they're doing differently now to sound this goddamn good but never stop please.
Their best performances always come when they play Kill Em All songs for some reason. Has anyone else noticed that?
Can't wait to see these guys on the hardwired tour.

I was in this concert! INCREDIBLE CONCERT, THE BEST!
This song is the absolute masterpiece of heavy metal. solo in the intro, trash speed of hell and best of all : all the parts of the songs are really différent and fit perfectly together .
They Nailed IT!!!They slowly seem like their old selves
it's about fucking time Brian got recognized!
BRIAN!!!!
Awesome !!!
This new way of singing this song sounds really good!
leaves the music more serious and it seems more pleasing to James to sing and better to hear!
2:15 great camera shot on how his drumming is done! 🤘
2:24 his vocals tho!! 🤘
The Best
Kirk, you just kill it! Magnificant performance! awesome!!!
why cant every live video be with audio like that?!? It makes the performance much more enjoyable and into it
i hope the world still have metallica touring in the next 10 years at least
One of a kind. An original
So awesome!
Sounding killer! James nailed the vocals! Didn't try to go too high, like in 83. Sounded great.
Holy fuck this sounds so much better! good job!
Their early stuff is the best!
The intro solo on this is such a crowd pleaser
Fuck yeah the new LiveMetallica audio rules!!!
More videos like this 😍😍😍
