They are finding it easier to become a supplier company. Simple is still a scam. UV, well they seriously have to put their energy into production instead of all these glamshots, style statement etc.. Please make a video on after sales service of OLA. They just keep selling their scooters and when you have some problem in scooter, first you will get appointments after 20 days and no guaray if any technician will resolve your issue that same day. You will keep waiting and waiting and feel like total stupid when It comes to satisfactory resolut of your problem. 😊

Bhai I currently use it. Their After sales service is totally shit. You will barely find any service manager there. Parts will always be in shortage. You will have to wait for hours before any technicians attends you. Their employees are resigning. And I had changed my front brake pad about 2 3 months back. And it has to be replaced even when I use regen braking more than brakes. The case with those buying their yearly service package is worst. No visits. Today I found atleast 5 unsatisfied customers with different different problems of their own. This is the scenario in dehradun.
