Bro i am Vida owner driven approx 1500 km and I am continuously getting 110-115 range in eco mode. Its totally depends on how we ride 😊 and negative is the price it should cost around 1.2 lakh and poor application support.

Very good review..Not worth the cost also voltage should have been 72 volts ...Range also is less and full of lies from start....nobody needs such a big lcd screen..Ampere, bgauss, komaki if they come with dual battery all big brands will be smashed.

Gave below feedback to Vida:
1. There should be alternate to Keyless entry in case of battery discharged completely if parked for long time, Auxiliary battery shouldn't get discharged before 1 year atleast (please don't try to suggest us the RSA)
2. Meter look can be improved, it shouldn't feel like cheap kid's tablet is fixed there
3. Front Cowl behind meter can integrate headlight (traditional) or DRL or some kind of beautification
4. Y connector should be available in the charger itself to charge both battery simultaneously (we don't like cost of 9k for just a connector, big turn down)
5. Ladies footrest should come in stock fittings
6. Range could be better, atleast 120 in real world or price should be 1.1L for current battery capacity
7. Onboard Maps in Meter connectivity through our phone (actually connectivity is good currently through our phone, just TBT is not enough)
8. Headlight should be more strong, try 5000K color temperature LED instead of bluish white
9. There should be some option in settings to charge 80% or 90% max for battery longevity (or some switch in charger during standalone charging, Normal mode & Battery life mode)
10. Plastic quality can be improved
11. Rest is good, appreciated
Did you faced any issue related to services?
Nice review, removable battery is good.
One side rear suspension is bad and range is too low
But one battery 🔋 charge with another battery 🔋 use is good..
Software Issues are
1) Bluetooth is not easily getting connected when you open app.
2) Odo meter reading difference in Vida v1 screen and Vida v1 mobile app.
3) Date is not automatically getting sync with server.
4) SOS is not working, even after configuring emergency contact in app.
5) Trips are getting captured incorrectly. Sometimes it skips trips and some times calculate incorrect kilometer which is 3 times of actual.
5) Android mobile app notification visible only if you open app. No real time notification (Toast message).
6) False Intruder alert.
Mechanical Issues:
1) Front Disc is jam which is majorly impacting range and increasing pressure on EV Motor.

Bro abhi iska price online 1.15L discount ke saath MP me on road 1.30L hai and without discount Rs. 1.66L aur TVS icube base model 1.50L & S model 1.66L me on road. Dono gaadime nearly same specifications hai. MP me Vida ka sirf 1 hi authorised dealer cum service center hai. Kya inko hero motors service me support karega. Kyuki tvs walo ka network accha hai. 6-7 dealers hai. Kya Vida pro lena thik rahega? Mujhe book karna hai sale me for discount aur Diwali tak lena hai. Vida me koi serious issue to nahi? Muze family point of view lena hai because it will be driven by ladies only and that upto 5-10 kms daily as on date. However later running might be increased. Today petrol is @110/- but expected to touch @150/- in a year. Furture is of EVs. Hence instead of spending 1L today on ICE better to spend 1.5 L. Please advise. Thanks!
U may be right
but also consider 4kw * 25k 1 lac for battery replacement after deg ration and don't know how costly motor at the end of life and also how costly repair services are.

Bike having issue in locking seat, fast charging port isn't working.
After sales services is not good I am suffering last 15day and if they are right 30days more I have to wait for battery main drawback is they don't have any early replacement 😢.

Hero has to improve a lot in multiple fronts.. until it's useless..
Using custom mode on single battery you can drive at max speed.
Hi, here is my Genuine good and dark side of Vida v1 pro.
I have been using this Vida v1 pro for the last 5 months.
Pros:
1. Sustained range (Eco mode -105 km, Ride mode - 75 km, Sports mode - 65 km)
2. Good pickup (ride and sports mode)
3. Better handling compared to some other electric scooters
4. Removal Battery's
## Disadvantages ## :
1. No fast charging stations
2. Quality of switches and Bose is very poor.
3. Takes up to 8 hours to fully charge (home charger)
4. Malfunctioning Scooty suddenly goes to LIMP HOME and stops running. (I recorded all this issues on my phone)
5. The seat is not designed to close properly with the boot, so every time you go on bad roads, it makes a dug dug dug... noise, which is very annoying for the rider next to you and other passengers.
6. Braking system is not up to the mark.
7. You can't see live maps, call logs or messages on your screen.
8. Vida v1 pro app has many bug fixes.
9. If you create new ride mods, it will cause the Scooty and app software to malfunction.
10. Sometimes scooty won't detect both batteries.
11. Coming to the service center, this is the most annoying and worst part of HERO company. I kept my bike in the service center for about 30 days out of 60 days from the date of purchase.
(1st time 7 days - limp home, headlight switch problems)
(2nd time 8 days - 1st service, suspension issue not resolved by HERO service center)
(3rd time 8 days - software malfunction, LIMP home and rear suspension sound issue not resolved till now)
(4th time, 4 days and still at service station - Suspension and boot sound issue)
Conclusion : This vida v1 pro is not worth the price. 1,45,000 (EX showroom price)
And they should focus on the quality level of switches, braking system, software malfunction, app bugs issues, LIMP HOME mode issues, Boot sound issue. They should train their mechanics well (some mechanics are discussing that they only took 1 week of normal training to service vida v1 pro, this is enough for them. clearly indicates a lack of understanding of pro's in finding and solving problems). I recommend it if it comes in Price 1,20,000 on the road or go with other electric bikes.
