@@ParmyBaddhan I think you conveyed it very well, and showing what the settings do in different skin tones and colours and how to correct is something sadly missed in most tutorials, it is refreshing to see what happens if you change the settings. Good job, looking forward to seeing more tutorials with this level of explanation.
Thanks for your kind comment. Everything on this channel is designed to make progress and understand how Daz Studio works so you can create your dream renders.
I was hoping to see the thumbnail render at the end. So where is that amazing render that got me here? lol. I already got fantasy skins, i use that. (I will however subscribe, as your tutorials that i have seen, are really good)
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. You make a valuable point. The thumbnail was supposed to show how SSS affects the skin tone of skin. I will endeavour to do better with my thumbnails to show exactly what I cover in the tutorial.
Firstly thank for your helpful tutorials! After change tke skin colour in surfaces part to another colour(For ins. blue or green) I can not get these new skin colour while I exporting fbx. It exports the basic orijinal skin texture. I addition after creating my character with new skin colour, I use Daz to blender bridge and same problem occurs. I can not transfer new skin colour to blender. Another issue that I can not solve After exporting .fbx in Daz eyes is exporting as a white How can I solve abovementioned problems? If you answer I will be glad.
You export the clothing as an OBJ file and then import into Daz Studio with the correct scale settings. I think you then use the transfer utility and projection templates to apply your clothing to the character.
Thin walled setting is not available if you are using the Daz Studio PBR skin shader. You will have to apply the Iray skin shader to access the thin walled setting.
Ummmmm... Yeah. This was painful. Sorry. I just didn't get the need to do all of what you did. Seem to look like the same pasty guy, just with different colors and OH,,, the light through the ears was extremely painful to watch you do over and over again. Just did not understand the need to have that level of detail. Maybe we have different purposes. Most people who play games will not care is character has sun shinning through his ears while being chased by monsters or other foes during games. Just don't get people who are this meticulous about skin color.
Excellent video, and tutorial, need more like this, very in depth and easy to understand.
I was worried that it wouldn't make sense because SSS is a difficult concept to understand. It took me a very long time before I understood it.

Verry good.Thank you.
I hope the video was helpful.
Very informative, thanks
Thanks for your kind comment. However I feel this video needs an update because it's not clear what SSS is and how it works inside Daz Studio.
@@ParmyBaddhan Well, even though you think you could do a better video now, its still one of the better videos on SSS in Daz Studio

I'm sorry but I cannot help you with the Daz to blender bridge since I do not use this and have no experience with this.
Thank you. Nice work
Thanks for watching!
Using Genesis 8.1 female and I'm missing the SSS Mode and SSS Amount sliders? >_
If you are using the Daz PBRSkin shader then the SSS sliders are not available for this shader.
Hey parmy help me out , how can I export marvelous clothing to daz

why i dont have thin walled in my studio

will you take a look at instances? :3
Will do. I have topics that I have scheduled to cover and instances will be one of these topics.
