Wonderful podcast! I’m knitting the Salty Air Tee with Shibui Koan. I found the yarn at half off! I’ve done 4 inches on body, so now I’m doing the sleeves, then I’ll knit till I run out of yarn. I’ve started the Garden cardigan, it’s in cotton. Live in the hot, humid south! Light wool blends in winter, cotton linen blends the rest of the year. Dina have a blessed Passover and safe travels!
My haroseth is my own concoction and it's delicious. Apples, walnuts, dates, dried fruits, raisins, honey, pistachio, wine, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried mango, pineapple, coconut.....so good.
Great podcast. Enjoy your graduation. I wanted to join the garden cardigan KLA but I have tickets to see Annie Lamont speak in Pasadena regarding her new book on the 16th.
So much knitting..wherever do we find the time. I just ordered the Sammensat pattern...there is a discount until midnight Wednesday(EU time). But I need to start the Garden cardi but my yarn is on order, so I've got a few days to make a swatch for the tee. Great fun episode.
Always fun to see you and get ideas for yet more projects!! I usually knit with wool, even in the summer. But, I live in CA, so we don't have the humidity that you probably have. I am curious--Pam, do you help at a school? And, work at the shop and take care of your family? Whew!! Dina, have a blessed hoiday.
Charoset: grated apples, wine, cinnamon, honey and some ground dates. No nuts since my husband is allergic. If it is too watery, which depends on how juicy the apples are, I’ll add a bit of matzah meal. it’s sounds odd, but tastes delicious! We eat potatoes but not rice. your Shepard’s Pie is a great idea! It’s so interesting to hear everyone’s traditions.
@@TheKnittingPlace I think you might be right. My dear friend married an Iraqi guy and they eat rice. It all comes down to the food that was grown in different parts of the world. All the best. Chag Sameach.
I would like to knit the Tonale cowl will you be getting more Woolfolk far in and does the pattern come free with the purchase of the yarn from the Knitting Place? Thank you!
Well, I’m working on the plain yoke tea and I thought oh for very beginners I’ve made a couple of sweaters with you guys, but 😅GSR make no sense whatsoever so I just am doing the tea with some stash yarn and without the short rows so we’ll see how it comes out but I wouldn’t say that’s abeginner pattern
My three questions that went around the table at dinner time were… What was the best thing about today? What was the worst thing about today? And, what are you thankful for? Great way to engage everyone.
I used Tynn Line in the color Frozen to knit this top last summer. It was by far the most worn knitted top I wore all summer and it never failed to get compliments from whomever I was with - even strangers!
Love your podcast. May your Passover be peaceful and full of family and joy. Thank you for all the tee recommendations
LisaR: Just recvd the Heirloom quilt cardigan Kokon kit ❤Thank you ! It's absolutely gorgeous. Brilliant pairing 😊

Another fun podcast ladies! Enjoy your time off.
Great podcast you ladies are great gave me a lot of ideas
Great podcast as always. Re wearing wool in summer, I feel the cold but it might be a bit sweaty in an Australian summer, Bridget
Ah Australia is on my bucket list! Good to know!! ✔️ thanks for watching us.
We call the beef version cottage pie and with lamb shepherds' pie.
I also love to knit with fingering weight yarn! My climate is pretty mild, and I have almost no use for heavy weight sweaters.

I forgot I think Rice may be a Sephardic tradition. Happy Passover!

I was wondering what needles you both use and love? Especially for lace?

Yes!!! Kits are literally going live in a few minutes and the pattern is included with purchase!! Thanks for your interest!
@@pamsapienzadesigns3262 I ordered a kit thank you!!!
Apples, chopped nuts, honey, wine, and a little cinnamon.😋
Never had it with apples. Every year ours tastes a little different as it depends on the dried fruits in my cupboard. I forgot she adds cinnamon too 😊
I wish you had Moondrake Merino Linen in Spruce or Eldritch!
It can be ordered for you. Please email me.

Hi Peggy, read further on the pattern, there's a novice edition with no short rows (GSR's). Thanks for watching us. ❤
I test knit the Skyline Tee, but I used a 100% cotton yarn.

Yes it is. It also empowered my kids to speak out when necessary and helped them not to be shy about expressing themselves
You talked about a "knuss" sweater, but I can't find it. How do you spell it?
Knus light, I just looked it up on ravelry.😊
