LLC allows a person to apply for an EIN which would enable a person to apply for business credit and other options; therefore, there a few benefits to applying for an LLC.

Can you share how one would be able to determine if a perspective bookkeeper rates are fair? Is there some sort of industry standard range? In other words, what’s a good way to determine if bookkeeper A rates are high/low relative to bookkeeper B (realizing that their rates doesn’t necessarily reflect their value).
