In the nine months after the breakup, I finally love myself. Actually, it is more about having self worth. I no longer have the longing for my Other Self. I can remain alone, if necessary. I have let the 3D person go. Hours of inner work each day in solitude are paying off.
All agree about the unconditional love wich is divine pure love but we must live the purpouse of ourvlifes too that reciproc 3 D real love and we have to realize if this is reciproc or not for buildung this life in any case ! Thank you !

Everyone says the same but doesn’t go into detail of HOW… Meditation and Observe your thoughts and feelings… we have to really build a practice around those two Truths… I think I have found the answer to Self-Love… the key is to stop all thoughts, images, and stories for as long as you can, then work on Feeling the emptiness, that’s the practice. You will notice a shift of becoming the background of all things…
