Both of those people would not be on the same Olympic team because they are not both the same sex. Everyone is respected for how they express their gender.
That's an unknown trajectory. She was a fascination for me for the first couple of years which kept me coming back to see her. After those couple of years, I really got to know her and that's kept us together. I may not have given her the same attention over the long term if she was a regular ladyboy.
