I'm 36 and I work for the government and I and a lot of women that work with me rock alot of these styles. Ponytails, braids are not just associated with young women. I think many of these hairstyles can fit for many different outings including work. I am well in my 40s and can wear any of these styles , and feel good about wearing them as well.
