Actually, military drill sergeants have been speaking like this to their recruits for a very long time. Not much has changed since. The difference is while the military prepares you for war on the battlefield, this man prepares you for business and life. He's been developing individuals to be astute business-minded people how to buy and run companies and not be employees for many years. True story... It just happened last week. I worked for a Pest Control company in Springdale, AR called Rumble Pest Control. Just last Thursday I was working a long day about an hour or so away from home, and my last house was 3 or 4 miles down a dirt road. If you don't know Arkansas has a lot of hills. My GPS took me to the wrong house that was down a hill next to the lake there. I drove a 2 wheel drive Toyota Tacoma and ended up getting stuck and not able to get back up the hill. I ended up having to call my boss to send a tow truck to get me out. My boss didn't give 2 fucks that I was stuck and needed some help, all he cared about was that I hadn't made it to my last house yet. Understand that he gets a commission check every month based on how many houses we do in a month. So this C*** sucker was more worried about his own paycheck then my safety. He's a 25 year old boy, mind you. So I ended up taking the truck back that night. I'll never work for somebody who gives more shits about themselves then the employees who work beneath them, and neither should you. There's plenty of jobs out there. Always remember that!

True story... It just happened last week. I worked for a Pest Control company in Springdale, AR called Rumble Pest Control. Just last Thursday I was working a long day about an hour or so away from home, and my last house was 3 or 4 miles down a dirt road. If you don't know Arkansas has a lot of hills. My GPS took me to the wrong house that was down a hill next to the lake there. I drove a 2 wheel drive Toyota Tacoma and ended up getting stuck and not able to get back up the hill. I ended up having to call my boss to send a tow truck to get me out. My boss didn't give 2 fucks that I was stuck and needed some help, all he cared about was that I hadn't made it to my last house yet. Understand that he gets a commission check every month based on how many houses we do in a month. So this C*** sucker was more worried about his own paycheck then my safety. He's a 25 year old boy, mind you. So I ended up taking the truck back that night. I'll never work for somebody who gives more shits about themselves then the employees who work beneath them, and neither should you. There's plenty of jobs out there. Always remember that!
