You can't break a man the way you do a dog or a horse, the harder you beat a man, the taller he stands. To break a man's will, to break his spirit, you have to break his mind. Men have this idea that we can fight with dignity, that there's a proper way to kill someone. It's absurd, its aesthetic, we need it to endure the bloody horror of murder. You must destroy that idea, show them what a messy horrible thing it is to kill a man, and then show them that you relish in it. Shoot the wound, and then execute the wounded, burn them, take them in close combat. Destroy their preconceptions of what a man is and become their personal monster. When they fear you, you become stronger, you become better.

True story... It just happened last week. I worked for a Pest Control company in Springdale, AR called Rumble Pest Control. Just last Thursday I was working a long day about an hour or so away from home, and my last house was 3 or 4 miles down a dirt road. If you don't know Arkansas has a lot of hills. My GPS took me to the wrong house that was down a hill next to the lake there. I drove a 2 wheel drive Toyota Tacoma and ended up getting stuck and not able to get back up the hill. I ended up having to call my boss to send a tow truck to get me out. My boss didn't give 2 fucks that I was stuck and needed some help, all he cared about was that I hadn't made it to my last house yet. Understand that he gets a commission check every month based on how many houses we do in a month. So this C*** sucker was more worried about his own paycheck then my safety. He's a 25 year old boy, mind you. So I ended up taking the truck back that night. I'll never work for somebody who gives more shits about themselves then the employees who work beneath them, and neither should you. There's plenty of jobs out there. Always remember that!
