My homocysteine level was 7 in 2017 and I showed intermediate risk of MTHFR C677T and was told my NutrEval showed I needed methylation. I was given a b complex vitamin to take. Then in March 2020, my blood showed a homocysteine level of 5.6 and I was too high in B1 and B6. I am currently taking Mors by Systemic Formulas, but I have horrible symptoms of both over and under methylation. How do I know which one it is? The inner tension and anxiety is the absolute worst.
Hi Sunny, If I may make a suggestion. Please consult with your doctor first. I have MTHFR-C677T heterozygous polymorphism and normal homocysteine levels, I do supplement with Methyl B Complex and TMG supplements along with a folate-rich diet --kale, Arugula and Avocados. But, some individuals are sensitive and can not tolerate Methyl B Complex vitamins like yourself. It makes them sick. In that case, it is recommended that: A) supplement with FOLINIC ACID instead of Methylfolate B) supplement with HYDROXYCOBALAMIN instead of methylcobalamine B12 But like I said, please consult with your doctor. Have a great day. 😊
You said you were gonna link tests in video description but there are no links. Where do I begin to investigate these things for myself and get tested by a professional who can help?

Why do you ask?
@Shayan Homai Esfahani I’m never hungover?
I have mthfr, my doctors keep saying I have to take methyl b vitamins but they make me feel sick. That’s why I’m watching this…
Samsies!

What if you have some of both the under and over mythelation symptoms

What if you have both under and over mythelation
This is so confusing is there some way we can make this very concise or is it just too nuanced for that
No links that you thought were there.
They mentioned at least twice that someone took Vit B and was “blown out of the water”. Any idea what they meant?
I recognised the same. I think that its getting too much.
I think they meant that they were too over stimulated
I am overstimulated for sure. How to fix or at least get a long??? That is the question.
Do they still respond on here??
What's everyone's name here?
To long getting to the information!
