Let’s all take a minute to acknowledge the guy on guitar. The arrangements and the playing are perfect.
Pretty sure he’s adjusting to verse/chorus/bridge on the fly to match Bieber’s singing too. It’s clear he forgets the words at some point but he’s also rushing to the next part or slowing down.

The part where he's like "I don't remember the words and thats crazy!" I hope we all get to realize justin is just as human as we all are. we have moments in our life that truly define we who are..who cares if he wants to have alittle fun..least he still sang for the fans.
That poor baby is in so much pain. Hearing his hurt in perfect pitch, it's heart breaking and haunting. I both love the song, the guys, the kids ability to roll with and harmonize without skipping beat, or seeming to be offended. Speaks volumes of both them.
He seems more humble more than anything, like he's honored to have someone he considers a peer to sing his song with him because it's such a big tribute, especially considering that it's Justin Bieber and also the fact that he knows Bieber is drunk as shit so if anything Bieber's brain is not all there ( you can hear him sayin he forgot the lyrics ) which allows him to feel the song on a different level and Kid recognizes that.
Pretty cool of Bieber to pay tribute to him in that way and also for Kid to keep harmonizing and say " I got you! " right as Bieber was starting.

not a big fan and I've heard this a few too many times on the radio and didnt care much for it. But this acoustic version is wow! This hits differently. The way his vocals hit, the emotion in it, i actually fell in love with this version.
1:18 you can see the expression of realisation on kid Laroi's face, when he realises that Justin needs this moment as he is definitely going through a tough time in life.
May God give comfort to Justin. There is more to the lyrics than just what you hear.

Studio quality vocals out the gate, fumbled but was able to recover and excel... beautiful.

Bc he's JB. He showed up and his vocals are 🔥. He's a professional and can't deny that he's had A LOT of practice over MANY years. I saw this in it's entirety and as soon as he Started singing, everything changed. Justin and The Kid L. Sound amazing together BUT Justin blows him away vocally. If he's drinking, so what. Everyone commenting on him being drunk I'm sure they've all been drunk before too. Still, can't hold a candle to this man. So many think they know him. I don't believe they could live through and handle half of the shit he did. Just sayin 🙂🙏❤️✌️
