Hi, I thought it will come in handy when you have customers that have this problem, now we can just send them a link and say try this,, and if this dose not work we will have to go out and charge for the service. I have found that the customers dont like it when you turn up and undo the button, dose not feel like they are getting value for money.. Many customers that I have helped over the phone for free have become good customers later on. So I thought it was worth a video

Thank you for this video,button from inside got pressed,by key I could open the door but without locking no one would feel safe.aa u should to press the small hole n pull the handle out,I could press n unlock ,again fixed in same manner.Really thank you but would like more easy way would help us more,small tricks

I have the same problem now at 1 am. The bathroom doorknob wont open outside even with keys. I followed your advise to twist it right and left with keys on but its not opening. Ugh!

I think this may be my problem, my roommates key seems to turn it fine, but I'm having trouble getting my key to turn to unlock the thing l. I don't know what I'm doing wrong I think my roommate twists the button in like you said but I can't even turn the key to open the door
