Let’s goooo! This was my favorite MK track. If Koopa Cape was ever remade, this is the song I’d love to go with it. Unlike the other remixes, this one still has the feel of the original koopa cape imo.

This really sounds like it would fit in the Booster Pass!
Except the Koopa Troopa sounds, but it is overall similar to what was done with Mushroom Gorge and Mario Circuit 3, with them mostly retaining the original sound.
Koopa Troopa looks like that “you know I had to do it to him” guy to me and I don’t know why. You even did the water segment of the original as well, amazing job as always man!

One of my favourite Mario Kart tracks, made even better with this remix!
I always imagined Koopa Cape being a good traveling stage for Smash. Like maybe starting at the finish line, then traveling to the River section and the water would pull the fighters, then going underwater with Urchins that you could take damage from, and finally to the ending curve where fighters could get pulled off the stage. It would also be cool since the music would change depending on what section you are in

whenever i see koopa troopa in mario kart i think about my uncle. he is a koopa troopa main and mario kart is as far as i know the only game he plays (and he only plays it when im over too) i also never play koopa troopa in mario kart even when im alone. thats my uncles character lmao.

with all the characters the custom remixes youve made imply being in smash, i must ask, which would _you_ (un)ironically want the most to make a playable debut?
That’s a very hard thing to answer since I’ve done so many of these and have seen the capabilities of all these characters. If I were to choose one, I would definitely have to go with King Bob-Omb since he is one of the most known bosses in the Mario universe!

Day I forgor 💀 of asking Ron to do a remix of The Escapists Lockdown theme.
The koopa would be forced to dance whenever the overworld theme is playing and you hear “bah-bah!” which would be bad in a melee battle
