    Preliminary Meditation Exercise:
    Think of this practice as a test run. Here you can go through the initial motions without any of the pressure. Use this initial meditation to work out any kinks and to get comfortable in your body and new environment. Give yourself full permission to fidget with props, adjust your posture, revisit a section in the book, try a new gaze, or whatever you need!. Take time to figure out how to access guided meditations, and get acquainted with the sound of the voice and the flow of the recording.
    This session allows you to gain familiarity with the process, allowing you to go into Day 1 feeling comfortable and confidant. Feel free to practice this mediation for several days leading up to your start date, if that feels supportive for you.
