I think the reason they remind you of Nct is because a lot of the producer who work with Nct, exo, (groups from sm entertainment) also works with the Boyz. I would they are sm’s secret boy group. Like sm’s vocal trainer, choreographer, producer, a lot of staff works with them. Fun fact the staff that scouted exo also scouted the Boyz. I definitely recommend checking out their road to kingdom performances, they are super super talented, but often slept on. They are not in one of the 4 biggest companies but they are very popular in South Korea, consistently selling out 3 days in a huge stadium. I have seen them perform the last 2 years at KCON LA. Recommend Roar, Maverick, The Stealer, Reveal, No Air (fave song), Breaking Dawn. They have teased another world tour for 2024. They toured in 2022, but 2023’s world tour was only in Asia.
