SEA Games: Singaporean man behind world-class pool at New Clark City Aquatics Centre

The New Clark City Aquatics Centre in the Philippines is a state-of-the-art facility that costs more than S$50 million. It is part of the Philippines government's hopes to serve as a springboard to produce Olympic swimming champions. The man who built the world-class pool is Singaporean Henry Fung.
The 65-year-old was also behind the pools built for the 2011 SEA Games in Palembang and the 2013 Games in Myanmar.

@@haroroa3329 Of course, there is no free in this modern world. Everything has economic value in exchange of something. But this one is a fair business. Good exchange of resources. Phil. will pay in exchange of the expertise(technical knowledge of Singaporean Contractor) and Phil will get the World Class facilities which will give Filipino athletes a taste of it in our homeland. This is a good example of good neighbor relationship.

Because in every business transaction, unless it's owned part by the government, even how much beneficial it is to the client, it always have a bit more benefit to the business than you.
