I improved my hair by following all these things: Including more and more vitaminC from lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep everyday, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fish like salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using mild, pure shampoo, neem wood comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion twice a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

I’m ordering ASAP! Hope it’s not expensive on Amazon! This is a dream! Been using viviscal brand for years but I don’t like it. It’s all I could get my hands on for years. u can also use makeup for smaller areas...like eyeshadow the same color as your hair.

Oh my god my hair was looking like that, as I had thyroid issue and too much stressed, but thanks to modicare product morocco argon oil it saved my started the result by one month itself, small small hairs started growing from my scalp now I'm happy. Doesnt work. Genetics is stronger than coconut oil mate. Not everyone is blessed with thick curls.

Coconut oil can nourish/condition certain hair types, but it won't stop it from thinning. Only your genes, hormones, diet, lifestyle and general health can determine thinning hair. Your barnet must be lovely and thick, hair types like mine (fine 2A) would just look lank and greasy if I used coconut oil.
