As a non-fan, this one was my favorite of the trailers. I’m all for a lore-heavy, 3-hour movie.
Same here. I never played the games, but I find the story and lore of the games interesting. Plus my niece is always talking about games. So me and her are going to watch it, but so far I'm looking forward to it.

I love the shot of William wiping blood off the knife, I'm a huge Scream fan and I was hoping they'd have a reference to Ghostface for Matthew Lillard, absolutely awesome. I cannot wait for October, this is definitely the best trailer.

@@MattyICE_331 It's tricky, though. I do enjoy Blumhouse movies. But I also think that's because other horror movies have lowered our standards. I don't intend to judge this based on its relationship to the games, but just on whether it's a good movie or not. Based on the trailers, I can see it going either way.

I'm overall indifferent when it comes to the red eyes, but I think almost every instance in which they're used in this trailer looks absolutely fantastic. They fit Foxy in particular very well

I hope that the animatronics in this movie take inspiration from Michael Myers, and are silent, shadowy, stalker kinds of killers, unlike the animatronics in Willy's wonderland, which were brute Force, tear-through-everything, Jason Voorhees kinds of killers.

I'm a HUGE Five Nights at Freddy's fan since 2015, I've played the games, read the books, etc... I know who the damn character is. Not to mention that Springtrap is one of my favorite characters, so don't bug me on "it's not Springtrap, it's SpringBonnie," IT'S THE SAME GODDAMN SUIT!!

Somebody also noticed the way that Springbonnie cleans his knife is strikingly similar to the way that Ghostface cleans his blade in the Scream movies, which is an awesome reference given Matthew Lillards role in those films.

In the novels, William gets the springlocks triggered because he was trying to kill Charlie (the main character), and she reached behind him and unlocked the suit. After that, the animatronics walk in, and drag William away. I think that would be a really cool way to do the scene

That shot at the end is the best thing I’ve seen from the movie so far. I am even more hyped now then I was before! THAT is how you do PG-13 horror.
Even A Quiet Place, The Ring, Insidious, and Cloverfield are PG-13 and they're good aswell.
If this movie is going to work, it has to be scary (psychologically) enough to keep you unnerved throughout the movie since the death scenes will constantly cut to a shadow with little to no blood which makes it a little underwhelming if not done right
We should get a theme for spring bonnie because this year we been getting some good villian themes like the prowler theme from the spider man into the spider verse, the spot and spider man 2099 from spider man across the spider verse, and Death's theme from puss in boots 2 the last wish. So I that spring bonnie should get a theme for this movie.

You know what would be a great scene for this movie? This:
An animatronic has somebody cornered. They're screaming and sobbing and whimpering and shrinking away in Terror as the animatronic Lumbers towards them. Through their tears they mutter "why?" The animatronic then stops in its tracks. It then tears open its own torso with its claws, revealing a rotted, maggot-riddled corpse of a child inside. The victim then screams, and the animatronic lunges in and kills them.

Edit: The drawing pose was inspired by the Scream knife wipe, Afton does at 10:26. Which I’m sad that no RUclipsr seems to be talking about. It’s an obvious reference!
I won’t lie, I’m afraid they’ll focus on the pizzeria aspects rather than the horror of children being murdered, but I have hope! Spring Bonnie looks awesome
I mean the movie is rumored to be 3 hours and so there will be time to explain the fnaf lore and Scott is also part of this so I mean he is gonna add the lore from the games. But also I can be proven wrong.

i feel like the scene with the ghost children is probably gonna be the animatronics showing mike these memories, the spirits manipulate his vision into the flashback, or its a dream, thats my theory.
I saw this trailer at school during lunch and I was so excited for this movie and I tried not to be too loud of my excitement or else I’m gonna get myself embarrassed with kids starring at me like, “Why is that kid screaming?”
It’s surreal seeing Springtrap/Spring Bonnie become a certified Hollywood slasher.
I think the second movie might be a prequel. probably showing fredbear’s, the events of FNAF 4, and the bite of 83. the third movie will probably be something like fnaf 3 and FNAF 6.

10:26 Spring Bonnie doing the iconic knife swipe that ghost face does in the Scream franchise to clean off the blood of his victims is a nice reference to Mathew Lillard being in the original Scream movie as one of the two killers

Although this movie is PG-13, I'm guessing it will be upper PG-13 because of what Scott and the RUclipsrs have said, and the details of the rating.
I was pretty happy and pleased with how scary this movie looks I was terrified of the games and this looks really scary and creepy I’m glad it’s coming out October 27th the day before my birthday on the 28th which is when I’m going to see the movie can’t wait
Honestly, it looked as expected. Nothing is that surprising, which might mean they're doing exactly what they're supposed to do.
The only concern is that they are releasing this in both streaming and theaters on the same day. Hopefully, that's not a bad sign.
Hey, i don't have to deal with other people screaming, so i am personally fine with it. That isn't saying i know the problems that could happen with it being on stream.
I think it's a good thing to do both streaming and theater. a lot of people can't afford movie tickets and I'm sure it's more comfortable watching a movie like this in your home + I'm sure it'll bring in more viewers through streaming than just putting it out in theaters.
Opening weekend it should only be in theaters...they should wait until after Halloween to put it on streaming.
I'll definetly see it in theaters since the TV won't do it any justice for me. Also, Godzilla Vs. Kong was both in theaters and streaming yet it still did well at the box office.

And the crazy thing is how the animatronics are real, no CGI, real models, that alone makes me excited because it’s gonna be cool seeing a real Freddy on screen and not some CGI thing that could look very off
Yeah one of my concerns with the movie when Warner bros had the rights was well they were just gonna give the fnaf movie like a 200 million dollar budget and just make the animatronics all CGI but when it went to Blumhouse I was relieved bc they do practical effects so I had hope and they delivered 😊.

Sometimes it is CGI, not noticeable but they’ve stated they they’re gonna use CGI some times, but mostly stick with actual animatronics and people in costumes

Chris.. it’s been over 8 YEARS since the Fnaf movie was announced & that Warner brothers was attached. Shortly afterwards wands brothers left the project along with cycling through different directors until Scott found a script that he was happy with. Now in just a few months we’ll be getting what us fnaf fans DREAMT of , this movie feels like it’s going to be a treat for the community & seeing Chicas cupcake kill someone was so awesome lol! I cannot wait for us fans to see this movie come opening weekend.
I still think all those scene of mathew lillard talking to "mike" are just there to through us off, since they never really show mike in the scenese with him I think those may just be flashback scenes to show william before he get stuck in the springlock suit
Edit: idk if they will go so true to the games where william is already in the suit when mike is starting his security job or they will show him go in the suit and get stuck by the end of the movie so he can be spring trap in the 2nd and 3rd movie
Even as a person who hasn't played the games, I've always loved other people playing them and learning about the lore. I really have high hopes for this movie so hopefully it'll actually be scary.

Hi bro hope you're having a good day and the first time I saw spring-trap in this new trailer I actually thought it was the spring Bonnie suit I didn't think it was like the spring-trap version I thought it was just the normal version but you can't even call that spring-trap
I have high expectations, but I'm not expecting a super scary flick. FNAF has a lot of humor in it so I'm expecting some camp in this movie too. But man the details... It looks phenomenal. So insane seeing them IRL. Can't wait to just have a fun time with all the other FNAF fans, opening night!

In my opinion Foxy and Bonnie look incredible, both versions, whereas Freddy's head (the animatronic version) looks a bit long and Chica's hands look a bit weird, but other than that they look great!

All due respect, idk how Chris expects this guy to be in the suit for a whole ass hour. This to me feels like an "Alright, this mf ain't dying from the animatronics, time to take things into my own hands..." type of deal. AKA, it feels like an AT MOST, 30 minute thing. But an hour would be awesome lmao
This movie is actually looking very good and somehow terrifying even with its PG-13 rating however my biggest expectation for this movie is the springlock failure scene because we all knows it’s gonna be in there so I’m hoping they can execute it in a way that can kinda push the limit and give it the seat shifty uncomfortable horrifying scene it should be

There's actually two scenes of Mathew Lillard in the trailers! You can see he's wearing a different shirt and tie in the clips used at 4:30 and 5:50. Plaid shirt, purpleish tie with blue stripes in the first, striped shirt with a blue polka dot tie in the second. It is easy to miss though, the shirts are the exact same colors and the ties are very close color families.
Okay, I don’t think they toned down the red eyes at all. I think they’re just not showing them much. Because we do see the red eyes in this trailer.

It looks like for a breif second springtrap wipes the knife. I don't remember is Stu ever did that in scream but I think that'd be a fun little hint to Matthew Lillard's past in the horror genre. I'm also curious for the sequals which other animatronics they may introduce, maybe we'll see the toy and withered versions of the animatronics but personally I'd like to see the sister location animatronics be introduced somehow

This trailer hyped me up so much!!! Also i can kinda see this movie being three hours long like theres so many plot points in this film and we just kinda keep seeing more and more like that new character running from Foxy but they are definitely keeping a lot of stuff secret like Mikes mother and Father. Unless its a placeholder but it would be awesome if this film is three hours
William doesn't really posses the Springbonnie suit but he possesses his dead body inside the suit and Springbonnie will sometimes take control out of William's will. I wasn't expecting to have another trailer and seeing more footage of Springbonnie is awesome since he's my favourite character also it was him choking Vanessa since the animatronics have 4 fingers and the fur/ casing is all one piece on them but on Springlock suits they have 5 fingers and the casing is multiple pieces for them

I think this video of yours was the only answer to the sequel question I’ve been asking myself. So glad we’re getting 3 movies. Though the sequels will they bring in the security breach animatronics? I would like that. We’ll see. Just hope this movie does well considering how big fnaf is whether or not it’s good or not fans will be dumping their money to check this movie out. Can’t wait.
