I did the commendation about the Silent Barnacle, you can find a lot of barnacle chests underwater, by swimming around islands (and not only on it)

When talking about insider you forgot to mention the Sapphire Blade sails that you earn on week 178
You just have to wait 41 months or 3.4 years to get them ;)

If you buy the pdf of the rpg you don’t get the sails. They’re only a part if the physical one with the code printed on a little card inside the box.

I've been on my way to getting the stoopid ghost captain sail for some time now, not only does it look sick but also fits with my pirate outfit and the name I chose for the ship, can confirm the grind is a bit painful but it will be worth it

I was surprised to learn I actually own a lot of these sail’s already and didn’t know they were considered more rare. (At least rare to see them out on the waves). I’ll probably have to buy more captained ships just to save them all.

I still miss the Flameheart world event man. That stuff was fun for a Naval world event. I wish they would bring it back.
I have all the gold hoarder sails. Didn't know any of them were that rare because of how plain they looked. Had the first two done because I do a lot of solo and dont feel like fighting so I'll do Ashen Vaults and they give probably the most amount of money if you're going for strictly quest missions, in my opinion at least. I do like 10 at a time and they usually give AT LEAST 100k per gold vault with grade 5. Plus if you stack the keys it's a lot quicker and as soon as the bottom vault doors close you can set down another key to spawn a whole different vault, there being only two locations makes stacking even easier.
Fair warning though, it is very brain melting walking back and forth to pick up items over and over again.
Have all of these sails and still feels like a part of of me is missing 😔
The barnacle set is by far the quickest one here to do skelly fleets are loaded with Barnacle chests the 100 vault sails take the longest hope you can steal a few keys along the way

I have most of those sails and rarely use them either because it doesn't fit the theming of my ship or because I'm not feeling those sails for that session. Of course, I've played so long that I've got a huge selection as well.

I hoped to see the insider V2 sails in this video :,) But good video nonetheless
I had to solo grind skelly fleets for my last 20 barnicale chests because the hourglass update came out, and people would rather stay a 2 hour queue than do anything else in the game.
Oh and this is when before they changed skelly fleets to make them easier. Thats 2 boats a wave, 3 wave, spawning literally 30s after the last ship of the wave sank.

i've got the original wailing barnacle sails but i'm working towards the silent ones
There are a lot of sails that you can "still obtain" that I'd like to point out, but they're way too out of the way to get. The only sails I think you should have included as well since you did the sot shot are the affiliate alliance sails. Some of the absolute best sails in this entire game and extremely rare. Have the Bonny Belle, Lord Guardian, and Barnacle ones and I’ve had people in hg scuttle when they see Lord Guardian on my ship

I have the burning blade sails and use them on my sloop. Used them since captained ships came out and I still haven’t come across anybody else with them.

Ghost Captain Sails are my favorite sails
Some sails aren’t rare they’re just rare to encounter such as the magpies wing sails (from the tutorial) and the ghost captain sail (from a tall tale)
I know its easy to screenshot, but it'd be so cool if we had a little handheld camera

I've almost grinded the Inky Kraken sett. I just have to grine the sail and the anchor. So please don't took this away from me!
I just pop on to sea of thieves and slowly do some small and the odd shipwreck and sell to a outpost quickly and if I get any thing that I have gift to the reapers hideout I’d try and get there quickly and somewhat quietly

What about the "Overachiever" sails? I've had em since year 1 and I don't think you can get em anymore. You had to have these specific achievements done before a time period.

Update, in Season 9 they added, The Bristling, AND the Silent Barnacle set. Ik know this because I owned the entire Silent Barnacle shipset before Season 9 dropped and bought everything else I was midssng along with some of the Bristling set. So if the new set interests you...better get to selling those 300 Shipwrecked Chests. : D

The PDF dont give you the sail codes
Did they change the captain skull of the damned to count at reapers? When I did it I don’t believe it counted towards the commendation to turn them in at reapers.

I don’t know if we are just skilling skelly ships at an alarming rate but the barnacle set was really nothing. By the time i knew it was a grind i already had them unlocked passively. Only 20 more Ghost voyages and i‘ve got all of those

They removed the Flameheart event to continue on with the story. Kinda like how fortnight’s island keeps changing with each chapter to keep a story going
no they removed him because some streamers were crying about him, sad that they have influence on rare because me and many friends loved that event to death
They removed because of the lore and it was a redundant thing. If we can do the ghost fleet voyages from the order of souls, there is no reason for this world event to exist.
