Sarah.. please answer that question about Cardio's relationship with weightloss. I really need to understand it, would be helpful if Yash can help with the question along with weight training benefits in weightloss. I'n the past 1.5 months I've somewhat managed my diet and do regular cardio with 45mins of weight training and I've lost 4-5kgs but as I've a lot of body fat I feel doing cardio will help in reducing the fat. Is that true? Does it really work that way?!.. Please do update us on it of possible
Cardio will help you loose fat for sure but you need muscle mass to maintain your weight loss. Cardio helps loosing fat + muscle mass + water. So you need to preserve muscles. Excessive cardio is not beneficial it will come back with double the amount of weight you lost. Balance diet + weight training + cardio will be your solution and of course sleep atleast 8hours.

Hi sar, I used to do cardio only for weight loss but i stopped it switched to strength training, it gave me results but i lost my stamina, i feel like strength training gives you strength and muscles but adding little cardio or HIIT workout twice a week is definitely good for stamina, it really helped me with my stamina as well as muscles and thnx for such a informative video and your hair are really looking amazing ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi sarah, you discussed about pcos symptoms like acne flareups, facial hair, weight gain and all but what about the main thing that is irregular period, I am very mindful about my nutrition and don't have any others symptoms but still can't manage to get periods regularly despite trying everything What to do about that
You should consult a doctor because it's not normal that periods are delayed by 18 days..even my periods were delayed by 12 days and when I consulted my doctor i got to now I do have PCOD symptoms..so it's better that you consult a doctor
